Good enough for one night and directly at the beach.

Room was not clean, didnt have any linen on the beds at first, only a cover with iron stains und cigarette burns. After request the staff was nice and gave us new sheets for the beds. The couch was very dirty, the fridge smelled.

There was no toiletries, and no there staff to assist for the baggage. Less secure

Proximity to the beach

For the price, we expected more facilities and a more comfortable stay. While the room was spacious, the bathroom and other areas were quite old and did not meet the standards we had anticipated. They provided free breakfast but it was not good.

The location is superb. Just beside the beach. My room was facing the sea. At night I could hear the sound of the waves splashing the beach. The room is clean, comfy. Got balcony also. Good wifi. Good service. Local cuisine for breakfast, basic but delicious

Staff are very nice and polite. Quite near to the beach and pretty quite environment as well.

The location is excellent. In the middle of the buzz of Cenang. The beach is a very very short walk from the room. Room view is great - sea view. Very short walk to eateries. Bed is comfy. Breakfast was good.

If the hotel could repair the peeling wallpaper.. it would be great.

They had a function on one night, with loud music till 11 pm. Adjacent the accommodation. Really not acceptable.

Pretty decent resort to stay with a family of 4. I initially booked for a triple room but the one they gave us is too old, the floor is creaking and not comfortable to stay so we asked for a room change. They gave us the cabin room which is really nearby the beach.

Shower in cabin room is too slow. Breakfast is not really good. We stayed 4 days and 3nights and we only ate once for the breakfast. They should do better on the breakfast since visitors are lazy to go out in the morning to eat. Otherwise, don't book here with breakfast inclusion, it will go to waste.

I like it because near beach.. And the food for breakfast is nice especially Meehoon Soup. The staff at the reception is friendly.

The room I think quite pricey compared to other hotel same standard (or better) . It says sea view but actually from the side.. Not directly. The room only have 1 power point for charging. Only one pillow given for one bed. At least give 2 shud be okay. Iron will be given upon request but no ironing board available in the room. The water heater also not functioning and towel provided quite small and have some bad odour. (smell like cockroach)

Breakfast had some Western options for me . Location was very good , on the beach , just off the main strip . Staff were very friendly and accomodating .

No WIFI apart from the reception for the whole time I was there - not ideal .

Need to do the maintenance of the properties … Nampak sangat buruk and lama

This hotel is located just nicely in the main attraction point - Cenang beach. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, Duty free stores, and sea sports activities - easy to get there by walk and save time on grab/taxi.

The parking area is stones and dust so wen you come out with luggage is difficult to drug, we were pack light but for ppl with kids and big luggage could be not so nice. Check in process is ok. Rooms as smaller then seems on photo, beds and bedsheets dated, bathroom only basic. Have refill with mineral water and can request for the room service. As its located almost at the beach expect to have mosquitos and lizards, but the hotel provide the coil to fight it. We requested for upper floor and overlooking the sea but got the room at down level far from seaview.

The location is superb. Walking distance to eating place and other amenities.

The beach was crowded with jet skies' transporter. They can cause hazardous to the people lazing by the beach

the only good thing here is the location - directly on the beach. And yes, the staff is ok, they try to help as much as they can, even though they are very poorly qualified for the tourist services they provide.

I booked the most expensive room in the pictures in this resort.When we arrived after 8 hours of travel, I was greeted by a CONTAINER !!!At this resort are several containers that are stacked on top of each other and will be rent under highest price!I couldn't believe my eyes!The lock stuck when unlocking & entering in to the room gave first bad opinion and we barely got into the BOILER ROOM. It was at least 35 °C inside. Narrow, hot and juicy.That was just firs impression of this horor.When we looked at the beds on both sides, we found stains that even a blind person would see when cleaning the room and changing the linen of the beds.Ants marched across our bed.We changed the room immediately for another one, there were no ants in the second one, but the beds and bed linen were so dirty that they had to be changed immediately.We wanted to check out of the hotel right away, but it was already 9 p.m.The next day we moved to the Bungalow on the beach - the condition there was is even worse - the beds were breaking our back,everything was bad improvised in that cottage, you can break the entrance door as soon as you blow on it, the security house of the resort on the beach is strongl devastated. The linen on the beds is full of stains again. There is no table in the entire resort, anywhere, they don't have it there - so you have to put everything on the bed or sit on the floor.Just look at the chairs that were given to us for use!!!Dirty, Cracked-broken, unstable, you can collect any kind of disease from them...To give something like this to guests is beyond all respect.ATTENTION - January to Jun is Jelly fish season - they are everywhere in the sea big as a plate!We didn't have the strength to discuss those matters with the reception any more,we stayed a total of 3 nights until we found a new accommodation and immediately left that resort.I do not recommend this resort at any price - you will regret it as soon as you get there

Perfect location at the not-so-bysy end of Chenang Beach! Nice huts on the beach. Good breakfast. Coffee, kettle, and water provided. Cheap for that location.

Property is quite old. The linens were dirty. They dint change even after highlighting about it.
