Hotel Grand Continental Langkawi

The location was good, it was near the beach and shopping mall.

The Wifi connection was extremely bad, with it being down for hours. The air conditioning was not good, and the TV was an old TV, with poor connection and channels. When I was going to sleep at night, I found ants on my bed. I had to go down to inform the front desk, and had to completely change my room in the middle of the night because of this. It felt more like a motel stay than a hotel.

Close to shops and town. Big room suitable for active kids. Parking aplenty. Quiet.

Air cond leaks. Only one keycard, makes it hard for some family members to go out.

Swimming pool was not clear water. Breakfast was not good enough and the plate that egg was made for breakfast had burning stuff and was on the egg too.

Water pressure in shower. Older hotel - needs a revamp. Towels are rice paper thin. Breakfast very average. Window didn't close. Rotate tap in bathroom 5 times b4 water turns on.

Hotle location is good, in the center of Kuah, walking distance from the mall

The room furniture was old, I think they are using the same from the 90s. you can tell because the bed has radio channels and volume buttons.Housekeeping comes daily to prepare the bed cover without changing it, without cleaning the toilet, I even had a coffee and found the cup uncleaned after the housekeeping over. The breakfast is average, has 2 types of breads (sliced and paratha) with no other bread option or any other type of pastries. Has only black powder coffee with no fresh beans.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Nearby and walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. Breakfast was good.

Need more cleaning in the bathroom especially the floor tile has black stains everywhere. Had difficulty opening the room door with key.

Parking is easy to access, the staff is friendly and nice. The room is clean and has a nice view.

Eventually, the toilet quit old and stern. No ventilation fan in the toilet as well. No shampoo or dental kits provided. Breakfast so far is ok, but not so much variety.

Proximity to places and staff was courteous.

Indian food is not vailable for breakfast. Moreover nearby no indian restaurants.

We had everything we needed and the hospitality is amazing, daily buffet breakfast and different menu everyday. We stayed for 9 days and it was worth it ?

Daily room cleaning. Rooms are well lit. Reception people are helping. Sufficient water provided.

Location was far from beaches for enjoyment. Breakfast spread was limited. Live counter people were arrogant and make people wait in queue. They should learn from others how to manage live counters or atleast start token system and not make people wait in queue.

It was really good and clean staff was also helpful and friendly

Everything was good its just not too many options for vegetarians in buffet

- Free parking.- Helpful staffs.

- Facilities in the rooms seems old (bed mattress, blanket, chairs cushions, carpet).- We were biten by some unknown bugs during night time.- The air conditioner in one of our room was very noisy and we could not sleep well.
