I loved the location and the staff but the resort is really old and needs renovation. The food is average. It’s not expensive so I shouldn’t complain. But it could be better.

The building itself is old and needs maintenance.

My shower would not drained so the water pooled at the bottom which felt gross.

Very old hotel, rooms are small and dirty, walls and curtains were with black stains. WiFi is not working properly.

the noise of the ventilation unit could be a little bit more quieter. bathroom needed a refresh .

The overall layout, low rise. garden and beach front, etc., provides a very relaxing environment, including the view from room (2nd level).

However, the place seems lack of welcoming or cheerful vibe, which the staff can make a difference. Most go about their duty efficiently but lacks joy. The staff I met who had the most happy smile was the cleaner, compliments to her.The facility is getting old, so gradual upgrade may be needed. Everything is still working though.Opportunity for minor mprovement in signage, e.g. where to get pool/beach towels (hidden in a corner away from usual pathway.

Location of resort is gud. Direct beach access. Large pool

Have to walk a lot to get to the rooms. From the elevator. Resort is very outdated and not very clean as compared to the price being charged.

The location is good, quiet, with access to the beach. Rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds.

Good location, nice big swimming pool, kids enjoyed a lot with nice clean beach access. They also have fire show but not every day. Breakfast buffet was good and had a good selection, 5-8 min drive to main cenang beach

The sheer size of the grounds. If you like to jog/walk, no need to leave the property. Also they had yoga, Aqua aerobics and pickle-ball available. As well as a gym. The pools are massive. The café is open 24hrs. Across the road the are many cafes/ restaurants to eat. So cheap. It also has a beautiful local-cultural feel about it. We have been coming to Langkawi for many years & only ever stay here!! ?? Thank you to the lovely friendly staff who always welcome us back! ?

We loved it so far, i recommend it for the family, it's really calm hotel, you will notice many retired people, peaceful people.

The bar closes early, restaurants closed early.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right on this beautiful, clean, quiet and serene beach. The pool is absolutely amazing, very large and clean. The yard is so nice, with all these beautiful, well maintained flowers and plants. The staff from the pool and beach bar is very nice and friendly. The room is spacious and clean, the AC works perfect. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The cleaning staff changes the towels and leave 2 water bottles daily. Buffet breakfast is available daily with all sort of options for everyone. There is also a spa (but the prices are a bit higher than in the town) and a gym. There is also a travel desk in the hotel lobby with all of Langkawi excursions available. But what makes this hotel absolutely perfect is its position: you'll get the most amazing sunsets from the hotel beach, while bathing in the sea or enjoying a cocktail on the beach bar.

The hotel is a little outdated. They need to renovate the rooms and the hallways (I think they are in the process of doing so), because the furniture seems a bit old and a fresh paint is needed. The breakfast has, indeed, a lot of options, but not that many western options (which is not such a big issue, after all, since it makes sense to try the local food).

Property good . Location is superb . Beach pool everything perfect .

Staff is bad . Very lazy slow rude . It’s a hospitality industry show some love and affection be nice and polite .

Excellent location, beautiful beach, lots of greenery. Quiet at night (no loud music, no shows of any kind thank goodness:)

Bad mattresses, limited menu choices - no fresh grilled fish or seafood, too much deep fried and processed food. Breakfast buffet is big but somewhat lacking in quality
