On the whole I was very much disappointed that I did my booking through oyo. It is your bonden responsibility to inspect, check and thoroughly examine the hotel before you grant your permission..

PATHETIC
Property is under construction. It's in no way available for accommodation. The floor was extremely dirty. Towels and linen and had stains. Asking extra money when we had reached at that property. Very small rooms. Asking to cancel the booking if u are not paying extra money.

This was the worst hotel room I have ever experienced in my wide travels. The room on entering was stinking. so were the blankets. The walls were stained . In short everything was a disaster. Oyo needs to look into this,though it was a cheaper room i have stayed in better rooms charging the same rates. even stayed in hostels who offered better facilities and clean rooms for cheaper prices. We travel all the way and least we can expect is a clean, hygenic rooms with decent ambience.Strict action needs go be taken for such substandard rooms, it is not that we are staying there for freeOyo please look into this not just here but all across your chain of hotels, but the next time i will think twice before booking oyo rooms as competitors offer better rooms and good facilities for the same tariff
