Hotel MVP Check Inn

The location is very good.but need better housekeeping.very poor condition of bathrooms.No proper maintenance observed.

The location was perfect for me to meet my accountants in MVP Colony. Just a short walk to cafe coffee day, and plenty of food options around.

I asked for an invoice and forget to get on leaving. Hoping that they will give upon subsequent request. I did not like booking on booking.com but yet still getting messages from treebo, including a request of half payment to ensure confirmation of booking. It was all Ok in the end.

I didnt stay at the property in pictures, they gave accommodation in a different MVP check inn, apparently their new hotel as they didnt have rooms available in above hotel. the rooms were spacious and location was 2km away from beach road which is a plus, multiple food options around hotel, its on main road which is easily accidentally

The taps in washroom were loose and the floors were oily which didnt go away even after they mopped, which made the floors slippery, seemed like they were not really serious about getting plumbing work done and maintain the rooms on a regular basis even if they are occupied or not. They only do IF and WHEN we ask them to. Also, the rooms I Stayed in didnt match the price I paid, due to location accessibility i had to settle

I lost my SAMSUNG CHARGER WHICH 7 KEPT IN THE BAG CLEANER OR ATTENDERWOMAN MIGHT HAVE TAKEN IT MUST BE CAREFUL WITH THEM

I went to that hotel after booking through booking.com but despite my booking, I was not given a room there because hotel staff sey the room was full. that the hotel staff is very angry and spoke angrily with me.please My request is that you do not do this to any guest as has happened with me.

Though I checked in by paying additional amount of Rs. 500.00 for early check in, they did not provide any breakfast. Moreover, the AC was ineffective in room No. 113

Could have charged not more than Rs. 200 for early check in.

Spacious room

No bath soap but sampoo available for body wash which need to waste 10 times water to wash the bodyTiffin served very non hygienic way n very bad. I requested for water during breakfast but they were not served and not even care for the request. When I went to reception and asked them, no reply from them. No hot water kettle n tea/coffee pouches but treebo group always have them in the room.

Nice location with all needs met closeby. Decent rooms and good bed.

The breakfast. Could have been better. They offered breakfast just so that they can claim they offer complimentary breakfast. Nothing of value.

Harassing staff and bad booking experience

The staff was horrible. They sent everything late and harassed us for an extra 2k for our booking. I suggest not to book this hotel. Worst experience I've had so far

Hotel at good location

They provide complementary bfast too late...after 9amNo tea morning facilities...

Prime location, facilities, staff behaviour is good.

After my check out my reservation was modified not sure why.

Rooms and aminities near by, staff are very good public transport is easily available , room maintenance is very good

No Wi-Fi in the room , breakfast is not Upto the mark, extra money should be paid if you are coming before check in time .. I.e before 12:00 pm

Brake fast is not good and room service is not good some room boys are not curties.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. They come with refrigerator, A.C, TV. The heated water is available and there is a ventilation fan installed in the bathroom.

They only provided 1 towel and did not issue any toothbrush and toothpaste. One of the staff member was extremely rude. He was talking to me as if he was the owner. When I wanted to discuss about my stay to the manager he claimed that he was the manager and that he made all the rules when in reality it was not true. Pathetic service I had to ask for cutlery more than 3 times via Calling the reception from the room.

Room was clean and all amenities were fine.

Only staff was not much active . So they take time for all kinds of assistance .

During checkin , receptionist was continuosly talking in mobile ignoring us and doing very slow

Hotel MVP is nice, the rooms were clean and properly maintained i enjoyed my stay.

Nothing i can think off.

I had very good time here I stayed for 1 night with my sister we booked 2 rooms both were really good like rooms and bathrooms everything was perfrect
