Hotel management asked for Id;s for all the guests beside there was no instruction on the website for the ID

We had a lovely time, the staff were great and helpful. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas.

Decor is good

Staff service was bad. Checkin and checkout was not up to expectations. Room was quite un tidy. Setup was not made for two persons. Bed was very uncomfortable. When i asked for turndown service and left for outing, i came back and the room was exactly the same. Not having 24hrs room service was a drop. Overall very bad experience and no staff service.

Room size was lil small for the amount of money it is charging but the stuff were very polite and over all experience was good

The check in time is way too late like 2pm . It can be atleast 11pm or 12pm . People like us who reached vizag at 7am it was very difficult to wait til that late and early check-in was chargeable

Our shower drain did not work properly There was only one towel for two people

Breakfast was amazing. The sales manager Mr Rao upgraded us to a really nice room. The staff is excellent

Wifi speed, no HD TV channels, only 2 devices per room for Wifi

there was mold on the shower curtain. the floor gets too wet after a shower. there were no wash cloths

The staff was very welcoming and could solve our inquiries. The reception was very good and they helped us arrange transport whenever needed. At the restaurant they were very understanding and supportive. We felt very welcomed.

We arranged the transfer from the airport to the hotel in advance, but the reservation was never made. We had to arrange last-minute transfer, but they easily arranged for our transfer from the hotel, which was very helpful.

Things I liked:1. Great location. Close to various attractions, restaurants and shops. 2. Very satisfactory cleanliness.3. Perfect lighting in the room & bathroom. Quality toiletries.4. Good shower pressure.5. Comfortable bed. No outside noise.6. Courteous staff.7. Decent in-house restaurant with tasty food at reasonable prices.8. Printout of TV channel list so that you don't have to search.

Things I would have liked better:1. Alcoholic drinks not available in the "bar". Not even beer.2. Menu card should be in every room.3. No particularly pleasant views from the room. But that's to be expected out of a city-center hotel.

Nice Equipment and well maintain room.

No inter net connection for TV. Unable to see movies on TV. Staff is very slow and doesn't understand Hindi. Very less co operative for small kits providing.

Very comfortable, clean , lovely staff. Good breakfast.

Excellent for a international brand in all areas good level English speaking staff.Superb level of breakfast counter with Indian and continental food.

Fairly good . Although the toaster was not working, but staff were kind and tried their best to repair but could not.

BATHROOM TOWELS. VERY VERY DIRTY. IN ROOM DRINKING WATER . I SUGGEST PROVDE SEALED BOTTLES INSTEAD OF RO WATER WHICH IS VERY VERY RISKY

Clean Rooms, well maintained facilities and food served in Buffet Breakfast.
