There is certainly some scope for improving housekeeping.

good quality food with large variety of items. Staff is very cooperative and courteous. Space is comfortable. curtly was clean and of good quality. Keep it up.

wash room floor was a bit slippery.

Very clean, well maintained and amazing infinity pool on rooftop of the hotel.

Very bad property of Marriott

Everything, very bad smell in room and bathroom , cleanliness, all fittings are rust

Good location breakfast was excellent. The chef would come over multiple times to enquire how we are liking the food and even made local specialities for us.

Staff response time for room service was very poor.

Ambience was perfect for my stay, food too was also very tasty. Staff was well behaved and very prompt to service.

The noise from the renovation work above our room in the afternoon was very disturbing.Requesting the management to Stop work between 2pm and 4pm

Courteous staff, cleanliness and good breakfast. The front desk team was very professional!!

Excellent presentation, very tasty and a variety of foods. I liked the way the Chef interacting with customers asking how he can do better.

Hotel phone number is non functional. In spite of couple of requests through email to arrange transportation from the airport, transportation was not arranged and I got a response from the customer service next day morning after I arrived.

Central, clean but smallish

Guests in other Marriott hotels get 20% discount on buffet lunch/dinner but here we were only offered 10%.

Pleasant

Breakfast limited to Indian cuisine with very few western options. Gym was almost empty (a couple of treadmills and some dumbbells). Rooms a bit worn down. Personnel polite but not always helpful.

The staff Lokesh, Shruti and Bijay were exceptionally courteous. The housekeeping personnel Sandeep did a great job in making sure our room was clean when we returned back exhausted after a long day. I would surely visit Vuzag and stay there!! It felt like staying at home away from Home. Janaki USA

Restaurant with kindful Chef were noticeable especially Devendra was very interactive with the customers to know their choices and serve them better.

In the morning sessions at the time of breakfast most of the waiters were observed to be trainees with very poor curtacy and need them special Training on that part.
