Bed was a bit bouncy due to dunlopilo which was not so comfortable with us

Good location, near R K beach.

Food was mediocre.Pest control medicines were found on furnitures which could be ingested by guests, especially children.House keeping staff and room service staff not conversant with English and Hindi.

I relky like thus place as it is in prime location to all shops and four is very good

Pest control need to be done because lots of small cockroaches every were and there don’t even scar of human being

VARIETY OF DISHES WAS GOOD, BUT NEED TO INCREASE THE SOUTH INDIAN DISHES.

COFFEE AND TEA WERE NOT HOT.

Breakfast was good, Gajor Ka Halua is must try, rest of the food quality is also good. Mainly south Indian food is available along with Puri Sabji and Boiled Egg (Omlet in order)

Its a 3 star property but even in Deluxe Room no fridge is available, no mini bar and wify. Distance from nearest sea beach is approximately 1.5km

Breakfast is ok, but dinner is worse as they mix veg food with non-veg food.

Service respond needs improvement.

The breakfast food was good.

1. The room was unclean after check in (cigrette butts present) constant foul smell in the room.2. Toiletries were not provided until asked and even then only 1 was provided for 3 people.3Staff were not friendly, services were not given diligently. Eg: breakfast items not served on time, poor service when requests were made, poor reception service. 4. Geysers did not function properly.5. Free wifi did not work for the entire 3days stay.6. The upgraded deluxe room did not have good value for money (the only difference between normal and upgraded room is the presence of a large window which can't even be used for ventilation)

Language issue Evan English issue for them. They need to maintain record of complementary water bottle water, When you charge 3 guest at 3 teabag sachets or cofee, sugar & milk should provided. Bed provided with proper blanket on complaint provided but not washed it was like used.not

Hotel is well located near Railway station and sindhi camp bus stand. This is the best usp of this property . I got a very good deal price thats why i booked it. Room amenities were really very good , swimming pool on terrace , enjoyed drinks poolside . Checkin was smooth , early checkin was not possible for me as rooms were not available . Had dinner at hotel . Food quality was good. one flute player was also there .. he was very good at his job , he was playing melodious voice.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy room though a little warm (was resolved), decent breakfast and a handy location. I would definitely use again...

Good room size, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good with many options.

There is good scope to improve the reception area, it is so small and feels like we came to a small hotel. It was noisy as well because of the kitchen nearby. Very basic amenities were provided, for the price, there should be a bit more amenities can be provided.
