Treebo MVP Grand

while there is no booking charges, property owner started demanding 50% booking amount. While the last date of payment was 24th Dec'25 as per email (48 hours before checkin) . Property owner cancelled the booking on 18th itself without any intimation and I forced to look for alternate option. very poor customer service and no consideration of booking.com bookings.

The hotel is in the heart of city and good infrastructure

1 ) Towels are Old and not hygienic 2 ) TAP waters are leaking 3 ) No maintenance done 4 ) TV are not working conditions 5 ) Bell Boy not available

The location was great. It was very accessible for public transport. The staff were helpful too.

One of the rooms had a moldy smell. The ventilation is terrible as there are buildings on both sides with almost no gap.

Last time on 12.01.2025 due to your water problem, you didn't manage for another Hotel to. It is not

The inadequate knowledge of Treebo Hotels call center in addressing my refund issues was inexcusable. Though i was informed that my refund (i had cancelled 2 rooms out of 5 much before the deadline) would be paid by the hotel, the Treebo Hotel call center said they would have to verify as their policy is cancellation has to bee done 7 days prior to stay (which was proved wrong in the invoice they had sent earlier). I am still waiting for my refund.

Good Hotel and location, Transportation is near to the hotel which makes it good hotel for business travellers , my stay was only for 1 night and it was amazing liked the food and services.

Breakfast is very good.

Coffee can be kept sugar less and sugar can be kept separately so that whoever wants sugar they can take how much ever they want.

Location, Cleanliness inside rooms and washroom, beyond all Courtesy of the staff. My daughter was very unwell and we had to extend our stay unplanned. Staff helped us secure a room by negotiating with other customers (hotel was fully booked), they provided for a couple customised requests.

Wide yet busy road in front makes parking a little challenging, but manageable

Intercom phone didn't work all three days.Wash basin tap leaking which was informed to reception. But no action. Lift facility not in a ideal location.

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Don't forget to try street food here, specially chicken Kebabs. that was delicious and spicy.. :)

It would have been great if they could provide dedicated parking space for cars. You need to park your vehicle on road and in front of other shops. Even though no one will come and bother you to remove your car but it will always be there in your mind.
