Location, Breakfast, amenities and staff

Room was good and near to city attractions, Indian breakfast was served and it was good too.

The breakfast was just about ok. Options were very limited especially the beverages. Location was also average.

The room could have been cleaner. The bedsheets, pillow covers and mattresses were below average.

1. Poor communication as hardly they speak English and Hindi, tough for non Andhra visitors to communicate.

Good and comfortable room . Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast good.

No vegetarian food options near the hotel. Only non-veg food options around the hotel. This is a big problem for vegetarians. Hotel could have provided a better option for coffee /tea instead of keeping a coffee/tea machine at the breakfast table. Indians are tea/coffee lovers so the hotel could have provided freshly made tea/coffee for guests at breakfast.

Place was comfortable

Sheets are not so clean. No shampoo refill not done.

Nothing neither the food nor the location most importantly the services provided by the staff is worse rooms are dirty , non Cooperative food not available, morning breakfast same breakfast each day , for an outsider to the state highly not recommended , may be adjustable for bachelors but not at all for family

Single bed instead of double. WiFi issues

Didn’t happen to see much as we didn’t stay over much.

The bathroom didn’t have tissues. After asking to refill the bath and sanitiser, they filled only bath liquid but not the sanitiser. A little more clean corridors are required as all the eatables were left in the corridors and it smelled horrible.

Stayed here during a official work tour . Needed a hotel in less budget . They gave good clean room and a breakfast everyday which was good . I will stay again next month here .

Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

Breakfast was good.Was expecting a hair dryer and an extra towel as it was a dual occupancy room.

Check in time was 12pm which is very odd for for the customer who all are coming for tourism. And hotel is charging extra ₹100 for each hour if check in before 12pm.

The staff, although overworked, was helpful. The location was excellent.

The room given to us is not large enough for 3 adults + 1 child, it should not be sued for a family. Period. Later after one day we were given a slightly bigger room. Overall the hotel was shabby and unkempt for the given price point (maybe the cost was more for the christmas season). Breakfast was just passable.

It was very nice hotel, all the staff members were very nice, humble, Room was clean and comfortable, all the facilities were available.I liked this and visit again.
