The mattress were(2sigle)became very old, so depressed sleeping was next to possible. Try to change, room no 401.

the room, the food and the hospitality. Mr bhattacharya was really helpful.

Breakfast was average, there is no person to even bother about what is required and what is to be refilled.

My room no 405, the A/c was not working properly, the fan was making creaking noise. The mattress was totally worn out and was very very bad.

During buffet breakfast there were not sufficient seats for us to sit in that restaurant. So, we were asked to go to the next restaurant room. This is not comfortable.

Great companion of mama cockroach and baby cockroach, smaller one was so foto friendly and bigger one loved to play hide and sick in room no 408.As complimentary mineral water bottle I was surprisingly found opened seal bottle.I had teak cattle, cups but no Tea bag ,so to enjoy morning tea I went out to have one because INR 90 for a cup could be good salesmanship of this Lodge but unaffordable for me .Great part is they collect full payment in the name of booking.com guests policy ,so that hardly they provide a room without any facility like TV was not working and top of that Room was ordering and was not maintained .Welcoming behavior was so awesomely rude that I was delighted. Absolutely a different experience.

The sheets are not new.. they were clean but had stains on them.. this is not what you expect from Daspalla.. the interiors need some renovation...

The debit card payment was not properly entered and we were asked to pay again. The booking didn't show with breakfast and without breakfast rates. This made a confusion on first day.

by the time we entered around 9 am everything was empty and all tables were filled with leftovers by earlier guests. meger staff failed to cater the needs. cramped space added the problem. overall a bad experience

check in was delayed though we showed confirmation for reasons not known. after check in we found used toiletries in bathrooms. Next day there was a marriage in the early morning in our floor (1st floor) and lot of band noise disturbed all the guests in the early hours.
