Hotel Daspalla

Breakfast was great - they are rated highly for their breakfast. Great location and plenty of parking space, eating options within the hotel and so no worries on that. When our flight got delayed, we had to sit in the lobby for longer than needed, but the front-office staff was very supportive and asked us to stay - that was great!

The rooms were good… but the staff lady is just so bad… even she misbehaved with my father… i also complaint to the manager… they should be trained enough to Atleast behave well… no decency no respect… it was during 14th march… we stayed till 17th … but the lady staff still behaved in her worst way possible showing attitude and she kept on criticising us… may be by seeing us being very simple and wearing simple clothes she thought we are not eligible for respect which is completely disrespectful to us… my father was very very upset and it was his birthday…. Disgusting behaviour… m never coming and staying there ever even I ll recommend everyone to never stay there..

The reception staff who did my check out seemed to think we stole items and didn't want to pay and her approach was not at all friendly but Shymlaa if I'm correct was and should be the one to deal with such matters and being very helpful on my check in was good too Well it's an expensive way to deal with guests all the way from another country and the other receptionist made me so

The rooms are old and dingy!For the price, the rooms must be renovated.The toilet and the sink had stains as if it was a 100 years old

There is variety of restaurants available and you can choose based on the cuisine. Choice of vegetarian food was good. Breakfast options were good as well.

Thali had too many things and a thali with flexible choice of dishes can reduce wastage.Entrance to the reception is through a flight of stairs(about 10 stairs). Its slightly difficult for elders. I went with senior citizens and so that was a small challenge.

I didn't like hotel because first they allocate room one but then again they will change room,and we have that room once settle down then again they will shift the room

Staff was courteous

AC the cooling wanar that great also there was some Work going on the floor above which caused little disturbance

Food was good with lot of variety in breakfast . Staff service was very good.

Bathroom really needs renovation.

The Manager and staff were first class help and so helpful especially when I was in unwell really concerned and went over the customer service requirements please pass this on highly recommended

Nothing excellent

The staff are courteous. The food was excellent and my personal appreciation to the Kitchen brigade.

The staff are not proactive. The back house team needs more training in grooming, attention to detail. Late response and hanging up on customers. My TV was not working and it took almost an hour for the technician to attend who was poorly dressed. Carrying buckets in room corridors. While checking out the front office team billed me twice because they calculated the wrong bill. My room's bathroom essentials were not replaced before I checked in. Little things like this go a long way.

Breakfast was good and sumptous.Regret to inform, the price for rooms was cheaper at front desk. I paid 25% more than the front desk price.Not very happy with booking.com

Th pricing of booking .com was over priced . hotel daspalla gave cheap rates at front desk.I paid 25% more than the front desk rate.Booking.com needs to provide better rates to people like me who regularly do the hotel bookings from your site.NOT VERY HAPPY BOOKING.COM

Only good thing was the breakfast

The rooms are too shabby without much investment made by hotel management, bathroom taps are half broken and leaking, shower is non functional , the room service staffs after each delivery at room expects to tip them and they will stand shamelessly until you ignore them and ask them to leave the room.

My daughter and I stayed way back in 2008 and it is our favorite place. We both like the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the food. We always feel that this place is most worth for the money

Not sure what to say now. I would like to know how they make the juices they keep in glass jugs for the breakfast buffet. We would like to javelin a larger TV
