It makes me want to come back to Vizag for it. I will say that if you want to do a load of laundry, search for "tumble dry" in Google and find a place that will wash a load in a machine and it's much cheaper and faster.

FRONT DESK STAFF need to be more hospitable, and treat all the guests equally and more training about their job! They are the ones that more welcoming, Very dissatisfied with them during our 12days stay.

The location is extremely convenient considering the distance from the Ocean.The facilities are nothing compared to the exorbitant room tarriff.

Maybe it happened to me so I am putting it in the feedback, coz all guests are sometimes not well acquainted with the hospitality line. For me I was.just sitting on the chair and awaiting someone to attend me as I was unaware that it was a buffet system. So it feels me if I would have not asked one of the staff , I would have been waiting for some one to attend. Anyhow, I loved overall hospitality
Breakfast quantity was good as it was buffet but the varieties were not there. staffs were courteous. Space in restaurants was too less. A bit of mismanagement while over crowded.
The similar breakfast has been there every day. Very little option for Non Veg only bread omlette, omlette on request, a chicken option with too little quantity and boiled eggs that's it.

Staff were very warm, courteous, helpful and friendly. Efficient too.
Carpet and floors in the room were not the cleanest. Coffee at breakfast was not good at all.

It is a bit pricey for the facilities available.
The pool is just 4 feet, room is ok, could be better by cleaning doors and corners properly. We asked for water bottles and had to wait almost 2 hours to get them.
I really liked the ambience, interior and behaviour of the staff. Also breakfast was really good. Hightea experience was okayish. Rooms and the view was good. Pool and gym facilities makes it relaxing. And the resturant is must try!
Nothing much to dislike. Maybe add some options in hightea menu and veg starters provided in room. Otherwise it's alll good.
