Nice reception lounge. Location in the old city and is very active even at late night.

Old rooms but maintenance is good.

Location was excellent close proximity to RK beach , shopping centres

Hotel requires to pay attention to improve it’s maintenance and provide equipment’s of working conditions to avoid inconvenience to it’s guests

Was good. Fruit juice was watery.

Staff should be able to guide visitors more effectively. They should know about the local landmarks etc.

The amenities inside Suit are broken. Telephone and Tea pot are broken.. Before alloting the Suit No of Dental Kit Towel etc to be kept as per number of occupancy

I wanted to take a moment to share my delightful experience during my recent stay. The accommodation was fantastic and truly value for money. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, who was very nice and promptly accommodated our requests, making our stay even more pleasant.The food at the restaurant was impressive, especially the breakfast which had a wide spread of delicious items. I was thoroughly satisfied with the variety and quality of the food.I will definitely choose to stay here again if I find myself back in town. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Restaurant is quite good. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are courteous. Parking is good. Well managed and maintained.

Price went up a bit. Towels could be new. Reception Sofa-1 upholstery could be made new.

Only the location is good but everything else about this hotel is bad

The receptionist is giving attitude for normal enquiries also ...Bad behaviour ...For time extension also they will tell one price in morning and in evening they will tell another price.....

Hotel was very good for the stay and Owner sarath personally took care of all the well being of the hotel so that is the reason hotel is meeting customer satisfaction

Breakfast was awesome but lunch and dinner items would have been better for Andhra people, the food taste style is north indian so it would be great if they introduce more south indian and especially Andhra food and its style

Being a returning customer I had never expected the hotel to provide me a room that wasn't neat enough. The washroom exterior was patchy like an adjustment made to the damages. Charging me 4k for that room was not expected.

Not much responsibility was taken even we asked as tv was not working 3 to 4 times we asked to send some one but no one turned out

Clean rooms, riendly and helpful staff, great value for money.

Everything. Sarat and his staff were really helpful, very efficient and very friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I am an experienced traveller in India and can’t remember being as well looked after as we were at the Winsar Park.

the washroom doors can’t lock . if you lock and cannot open from inside someone need to come and open from other side my kid was locked in bathroom and scared it’s very hard to push as well . Fans doesn’t work .

The approach was very bad. Portico,the lift and the corridor were smelly.

Would like a flexible checkout time, unfortunately I wasnt aware of specific checkout understood as stand 10am checkout. Nonetheless will organise in future the checkout time

The rooms were clean and comfortable with good hot showers. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant served a good breakfast and other meals were good as well. This is my second visit to the hotel with a long gap in between and both times the quality of service was good.

The hotel is situated on a busy road dominated by a large hospital opposite. However it is not far to take an auto or taxi to the town centre or sea front.
