The location was good.

The room was really dissapointing. There was no ventilation, no cleanliness and the room was very damp al thorough the stay. There was a mix up out breakfast booking and then the staff did not accommodate breakfast into out booking. There was construction going on in many parts of the hotel and there was no prior information on this, it was inconvenient to even walk around

From the time entry point to the exit, the entire staff was very polite & courteous. The Front desk people who took my check-in were very polite & explained about the Hotel thoroughly. Thanks for the quick brief upon arrival.The Breakfast Spread was awesome & mouth-melting. I really enjoyed my stay & loved the breakfast. They have live counter for Dosa & Eggs to order, Chefs & Restaurant staff were friendly & cooperative.

The Indian restaurant downstairs with the course menu was phenomenal! Amazing mix of flavors for a great price.

My room was listed as non-smoking, but it had an ashtray and had an obvious smoke smell.

Generally, the hotel is good. Breakfast is not so many choices, but it's good. The helpful staff, friendly environment, and location are perfect.The restaurants of hotel are good. I cannot eat spicy food. That's why, I had dinner in the pan-asian restaurant.

I didn't like the lightning of the room. It's too dark in the evening especially people who are in business trip. Maybe it's pricy :)

We had a lovely four days at the Welcomehotel in Vizag. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, clean and a good size.The staff were lovely! Very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is welcoming for children.The food at all the restaurants/bar/cafe was excellent, including the buffets for breakfast and dinner.Nice pool area, garden and common areas as well.We found it to be excellent value for money.

Some more shade out by the pool would be great, especially in summer.Some extra hangers in the rooms for wet swimming gear would also be good.

Location of the hotel is very good, nearby to most of the places. Room was spacious and decent.

Staff though polite, won't get the job done until reminded. For an extra bedsheet, I had to call 3 times and had to personally go get one. Breakfast spread ok, nobody attends to you unless you go ask for.

Breakfast buffet was okk, but the items kept were cold did not taste up to the mark!

didn't like the disinfectant smell which was lingering in the room, throughout our stay! We did complain for this but the receptionist said that there were no more rooms available for change! At least they could have given some discount or something for the compensation against our complaint!

Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Breafast was very delicious. Rooms clean.

Dinner is overpriced when compared to taste and quality.

Location and homely comfort. Staff were courteous and food was tasty. Also the happy hour timing 7 to 9 PM.

All was nice.

The room was fine and they provided an extra bed for our son as well. The toilet was nice. The prpperty had a swimming pool although did not use it. Breakfast was average, they had a decent spread of Indian and continental. We did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean and they had a fitness faculty which we did not use. The prpperty is close up the beach just on top of a little elevation.

Superb location, spotless and comfortable rooms with lovely views. Stayed for an extended period over the Christmas holidays with family. Hotel management overseen by Mr Gabba arranged excellent rooms for us to celebrate special occasions during this time. House keeping overseen by Mr Ravi was consistent and of a high standard, special breakfast requests overseen by Mr Avinash were met daily, resulting in a comfortable stay with delicious food. Mr Varun at front desk was professional and helpful throughout, Ms Shipra at breakfast took personal care of my elderly dad and Mr Venkatesh was a pleasure to interact with while he assisted in the gym.

Minor areas of improvement could lift this already great hotel even further. Inconsistency of dining room management at breakfast can lead to a very fragmented, error strewn experience when it's an off day. Simple service steps like replacing cutlery or providing water on each table can be hit or miss, but make a difference over an extended period. Similarly, some front desk staff are excellent, like Mr Shyam. They provide respectful, professional and effective service. Others, like Mr Ram perhaps need some more development in how to read situations and interact with guests to avoid faux pas and causing unintentional offence.

We had mosquitoes in the room and I have several marks in my body now because of the mosquito bites.My son was bitten too.Our sink was getting blocked and overflowing

My room was connected to the next room and unruly guests disturbed my sleep one night and the night staff very responsive in controlling the problem.

Location and cleanliness

Poor service, had to follow up initially for every request, after complaining service was improved for the rest of our stay. Service staff especially in the restaurants are not well trained and cannot communicate fluently.
