Bad

Bad smell, zero maintenance, no hot water, Dirty washrooms, small insects on the bed. Overall very pathetic experience ?

There was nothing likable in the Hotel. Rooms were dirty with cigarette butts lying around, full of cockroaches and bed mites. My wife and son faced severe problems due to bed mite bites. Photos attached.

Don't Prefer for Family Stay

Complicated parking space, no control over how other cars have been parkedSmelly rooms and washroomsDoorway, Verandah stinking with liquor smellNo water in flush, staff didn't bother to inform when we checked in around midnight, had to wake up and change room around 1 AMBed bugs, could not sleep the whole night, Waste of money. This place needs serious makeover to be a family stay.

Location

Bed bugs and the sheets old and stained

Filthy hotel!!...the most dirtiest room i've ever stayed in my life. Made a big mistake choosing this hotel.

Staff behaviour..they don't even provide basic drinking water and force to by overcharged water bottles from them. When I questioned them, they told they can do whatever they want. I checked 3 rooms...all were filled with cockroaches and beds with bugs. The AC starts dripping water on the bed when you turn it on.

Staff were so helpful to my parents

Lot of mosquitos and bit of smell in washrooms.
