Its a very comfortable property. Staff is good. Rooms are clean , washrooms are clean too.

Cleanliness and property access to highway

Rooms are very small. No restaurant attached. Travel desk for sight seeing charged 3000 for 89 kms. Exhorbit.

As always good , plz try to give bigger room if possible. Food is delicious. We always book this when we visit Vizag.

Please communicate night n day shift persons. I know it's hard but it will be difficult for first timersMy father knows the process but not my uncle

Location is very good as I required. Staff are extremely polite and professional , The food was tasty and service is excellent.Overall a very good experience , will come back again when required.

The Location. The facility was very clean.

It is overpriced. There was no mountain view room as it was mentioned in their site. Morning breakfast facility was heavily charged but not up to the mark. Also, the check in time was not favorable for us.

The hotel is very clean and situates at the heart of the town but at a distance from the sea. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Itinerary section is also good.

The rooms are not big enough to accommodate two persons and their belongings

The location and the cleanness of hotel together with food and beverage is super excellent. Price very reasonable. We also very impressed with hotel reception named Kranthi who was very helpful, honest and trust on customer and keep following up on all the request and support that we needed. Hard to find such a person in other hotel and 100% happy with full stay. Special thanks Kranthi and if we return to Vishakpatnam, you are the first reason we will choose this hotel again. Also want to compliment the f&b manager assist the entire customer with food request. Overall, all staff are perfect including waiters. Salute to House keeping team keeping room clean while we away. First time I am writing this long review as we are super impressed with overall experience and I am giving 10/10 for the 1st time. Sometime it doesn’t need to be 5 star hotel to get this 6 star service ?

Loved the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Some staffs were really good. But most are not trained and do not know what hospitality means. Liked the location the most.

The manager and one of their staff were very unprofessional. I would not expect this from a reputed hotel like Beacon Group. No parking spot, only 2 and you have to find parking spots across for your 4-wheeler. They don`t allow outside delivery. so more of a hostel than a hotel.

Booked for one night whether the Hotel is comfortable or not but we extended for one more day and felt very good. Breakfast at this place is good ?. The facilities and ambience of the room is very good with clean and pristine. Really appreciate Receptionist Sirisha for taking initiative for our things in a positive way and helping in every way. Housekeeping pushpa helped to keep our room clean and tidy without any question. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
