Short but comfortable for the few hours we were there

The room had a strange smell but wasn't significant enough to request a room change

Very friendly staff & good breakfast buffet.

Some construction started in the morning & woke us up.

The friendly staff, amenities and cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. Very professional attitude.

The buffet dinner could have been better. I did not quite like the somewhat limited spread.

Staff is helpful

The first floor lobby where our room was, has a damp smell all over on the floor. Its when air condition place is operated without AC.The restaurant food is good taste, however, the staff is not trained in ‘hotel management’.Small things like the food should be piping hot when served is not observed. The sambar , coffee were just ‘look-warm’. The restaurant was perhaps overstaff but none of thm had any attention to tables and what the guests want. They assembled in a huddle in some corner of the restaurant and chatting.When coffee is served with sugar, the stirring spoon was not given, it didnt occu to the staff that it is mandatory to give spoon. When omelette is served there was no knife. Everything we have ask for. This shows lack of training in the trade they r operating plus lack of management and supervision. It appeared a bunch of staff was picked from anywhere and make them wear Best Western Uniform and put them to attend table. I wd not complain if i am paying Rs.500 for a night and if the dinner plate is Rs.50, but if room tariff is Rs.5000+ and food in restaurant is suitable to ‘Best Western’ brand we expect better service and attention to details.What we pay is not only for food, but for service and experience.

The room size was big. Nice, spacious bathroom. Clean.

The reception refused more than two room cards for the suite. The room needs two cards to light up. So, every time you exit the room, even the ac goes off. Also, the shower console was complicated. Breakfast has a big menu. But most items are repeated and tasteless. Also, be early. Else, items are unavailable readily.

Staff is kind and try to assist any time.

Some rooms need refurbishment. Is a little below best western standard.

Staff are very polite and attend to guests promptly.

When i booked the room through booking.com, it was mentioned as 2 twins and 1 futon bed but actually the hotel did not provide the futon bed. It was provided at extra cost. Also room was not big enough to accommodate the extra bed. This is disappointing.

Staff are not convincing ...cud not provide what we needed...they asked me to complain to booking.com

We were 4 people ....they said they do not have a suite to provide us...so we had to adjust 3 people in one bed ...and asked us to complain in booking.com .They did not accept that their hotel did not have space for 4 people in one room....it was sad ?

Convenient location near Kalam convention Center and airport.

The website says there is a fitness room but nothing worked in the fitness room.

Staff is super friendly. Breakfast was great. Rooms were quite good and extremely clean.

Internet was not stable.

I like this hotel.hotel staff are very good.good behaviour.always they help me about anything.

I didn't like only one thing food and price. Completely disaster tasteless food but price too much.they are not fair in food with customer.

Service provided by the staff was exceptional.Prompt service and support by Front Desk and Travel Desk - Chaitanya.

AC was not cooling the room at all. When we entered the room, there was a bad odour, which went away after some time.

The location is the only thing that is good about this place.

The staff is rude! They don't care about the customers. They have their own policies which they have not disclosed with booking.com. When I raised this issue they asked me to take it up with booking.com. No vent in the bathroom. I had to repeatedly ask for more towels.

Outstanding hotel, superbly maintained, rooms in excellent condition with all amenities and backed by a fantastic staff from reception to housekeeping, room service, and breakfast.

the Ac’s weren’t working and none of the staff know what was happening then finally in the evening after 7 complaints they said they would rectify but that also did not happen

The location is convenient, near to the airport and there are a lot of shops around. Free breakfast is included. The free tooth brush is much better than that I got in a 5 star hotel in Delhi. They give free shaver!

The staff are eager to help but with a cold face. It gives me a feeling that they are just doing that for tips. I don't feel the passion. checking out is slow. It is difficult for the car to come in and go out.

Pros: good breakfast, cleaned rooms, spacious, delicious food

Cons: cost of food felt little bit high and sending different bills for same room service in case we missed to tell any order in one phone callSecond : room is small for deluxe double room plus bathroom are bit small and not comfy.

Facility was good, breakfast spread was good, cleanliness was good, staff (reception and steward were cooperative)

there was bath tub shown in the images when i blocked the accommodation however the room didn't have a bath tub attached.

centrally located , nearer to airport

Rooms small. no exclusive vegetarian restaurants nearby, parking congested , charged full amount of rent for additional few hours of stay .
