Location.

The bathrooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed sheets had holes. The garden mentioned in the description is simply a small parking place at the front of the property. There's a cow shed adjacent to that and so the place reeks of cow-dung most of the time.

Interiors and decor of the property were very nice.

Service was very poor. We had to wait for shower gel for 40 mins. Hot water valve was not turned on that was found after 6 hrs when we asked. There flies jn washroom and room could be cleaned much better.

Both ladies at the reception were very polite and welcomed us with warm smile

Staff very roud behavior and they asking details and documents more then government rolls and regulations. Which will effected to customer future financial issues.

The cultural touch to the property...limited option but good and tasty food. Courteous and polite team. Value for money.

Rooms are a bit small but can be managed.

Rooms are very big and free space to move freely

One the kitchen staff from Nepal was kind and helpful.
