The location was good but full of cockroaches in whole room

The apartment was nice and cozy. Well lit and have very basic amenities.

It was a bit uncomfortable due to small pests (cockroaches) roaming all around the apartment. There was no food service other than breakfast. Even the breakfast served was cold. The air-condition machine made noise.

Bedsheets and linen that they provided were not clean. Sofas are torn in the living room. They can keep the place clean.Breakfast is only idli for all 3days. No other items or variety at all. These things are workable.

The rooms were big and comfortable.

There was not much people for facilities. I asked for tea when I reached , it was not available.Even in morning tea was not available until 8.30.Bathroom door should be cleaner.

Near to beach

No nearby restaurants, very far from city, , rooms are not maintained properly, problems with door locking.. this hotel has no restaurant

Sofas in the living area. These are torn and pretty old. Geysers were not.. The breakfast was not good They only give idly Vada(limited to 2 pcs)

Nothing to like about this property.

Breakfast- It was very very basic without any option. You are forced to eat what is given.Behavior- The staffs could not communicate properly in Hindi or English. It was very difficult to even make understand basic things. Even denied not to speak any language other than Telegu.Bed sheets were not clean and had stains on it. Ac remote was not working properly. Staffs were not co-operative.

Propert is good for a family... Cleanliness is also fine

Service is very bad...Fans doesnt work and it took more than 24 hours to get it doneWater supply in washrooms is interepted, which made my programme damaged.Drinking water is not available and response is very bad from the staff when asked for it...Break fast is very bad and unsatisfactory

Don't like it

Booking.com says that we can pay at the hotel however the Treebo team says that we have to pay in advance or else our booking will be cancelled. Which is disappointing

Location was very interior,no Sea view,no restaurant. It is an apartment not hotel with shared common space between rooms.

Everything. It was so dirty. The service was not good. Also if you don’t speak Telgu please don’t stay. Also I suggest you miss the breakfast if you can’t do really spicy food.

Location was good, big apartment space with lots of room and access to free wifi for the TV. The bed was pretty comfortable and A.C was really good.

Not overly clean especially bathroom areas with leaky water, pool not as it looks in pictures and is pretty dirty.

The bed was quite comfy and the air con worked but was very loud.

Pool was great, cooking facilities were also good. Although staff did not go out of their way to help, if I needed anything or had a question, they were always very helpful. I like privacy in stays so this was the perfect balance.

Room could have been a little cleaner and there could have been some more utensils in the kitchen.

The location is on the outskirts of the town and is walking distance to small roadside shops.

It was not like it looks on the website- sheets were not clean, the toilet was not cleaned prior to our stay and the mirror had hand prints on it so I assume a clean was not completed before we got there. When we arrived they said they did not have notice of our booking at all. I finally spoke to a manager and he said we could stay and sort out logistics later- he did not call or answer me back again. The next morning we asked to just pay for one night and leave. I have them cash for one night and they said they would send a receipt on booking.com or email. Nothing has come to date and I have called them and asked them to do so.
