Very good hotel

Staff behaviour is good and the location is pretty accessible.

Rooms aren't clean enough, had water leaks, left over food and hair from previous occupants etc.

Location and price.

Improve cleaning and replace bedsheets dailyAlso toilets not cleaning properly

Worse experience with oyo through booking.com

When I reached I was continuously called to the hotel but no response. Anyhow I managed and reached to hotel, situation was very bad at reception, no one available and many guests are waiting. Seeing condition I would decided to go for other hotel..hence in emergency I paid double to stay in another hotel, first time I prefer booking for OYO through booking.com and was worse in my life

Location wise is good as its nearby to Udipi Upahaar Veg restaurant, Kailasagiri, RK beach.Thankfully Lift, AC and fan were working properly.

Small room size, Geyser not working (need to beg the staff to get 1 bucket of hot water daily), untidy toilet & commode, dirty, stained bedsheets and pillows. Also please update the exact location pin of this hotel in your website as it goes to a different hotel and had to get redirected to this hotel.Very disappointing and dissatisfied !!

Not good to stay in this hotel.

No proper maintenance, bathroom is not clean, no worker came for cleaning.
