It's at a perfect location and the rooms and very spacious and comfortable.

They don't have the provision of lunch and dinner

Our daughter travelled with us last minute .. property could have easily accommodated her but chose to charge.. room was big enuf we did not avail floor mattress…This in my opinion was poor customer service…

Staff were well mannered .

People who come as a group of 7- 10 dominate & utilise most of the common area & facilities.They take rest, talk leisurely & even have food in the common area in that floor.People like us who go as a family of 3 are forced to stay inside the room.

Much as I liked the Room, location and staff behaviour- Wish they had some in house arrangements for Dinner at night.It was very inconvenient that they could not provide basic arrangement for food.

The location was quiet, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. Near the beach and not far from the railway station. The receptionist let us have an early check in.

The fact that they didn't reply to requests of information done through this app and the inflexibility of swapping the breakfast of the 8th (as we were leaving at 6 am) with the 7th, by simply refusing in a bad way without trying to explain the refusal... Sometimes a bit of flexibility makes the client happy and willing to return...

1. The breakfast option was a disater. Need to improve. 2.Well not spefic but , just a suggestion that the staff are well groomed , look more neat also the bedsheets were not shared before I checked in. The vent in the Washroom was repaired after I checked in. So these things have to be looked up. I was in a holiday mood so was much relaxed and chilled about these things if not given another day or situation would have never liked it

The staff and the location is really good. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast is delicious.

We were allocated room on the ground floor. The rooms looked dated and in need of maintenance for the price. The rooms were clean enough but looked old. Some renovation is required.

There is nothing to dislike. Price was fine as per the facilities and quality.

The location is just okay and is nearer to the beach if that is what people are visiting the place for.

There is no restaurant. Rooms are very basic and average. Was asked for photos through a webcam during check in, not sure what that was for as already original Aadhaar had been shared. Have stayed in star hotels where such things don't exist. Not recommended as there are plenty of better options at this price point.

Very large, clean and comfortable room. Very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast is also good. Highly recommended.

The location, the ambience, the friendly staff and the cleanliness.

I wish the night receptionist knew any other language other than Telugu, I called for room service 2 ce my wife called Twice he still understands neither sent anyone up. The other thing was the next day onwards when we dialled 9 it was directing to some other room than the reception.The other suggestion would be if the lighting in the room could be increased as it was too little to write or even see our faces in the mirror

The receptionist was ever helping and so was the staff who helped even when we reached at midnight. The rooms were clean and facilities in it were adequate. Made our stay quite cozy

Breakfast spread and taste can be better. Beware of excess salt or sugar. Room AC can be serviced. Made more noise than cooling
