We had a rather old and very noisy room for the first two nights (the hotel was fully booked), but were offered a much nicer modernised room after that. Staff was generally very attentive and helpful (especially the security guy and our room service, Lalima and Dhanalakshmi) and food options were good.

AC is much too cold, which kept us from visiting the nice Mekong restaurant more often. There were some dead cockroaches in the hallway for days, before they were removed. The window on the third floor could be opened completely - a major safety risk when traveling with a child. Unfortunately, allergen information on the menu/buffet was often not correct - posing health risks.

The property is in the heart of the city. Convenient to go in any direction of the city.

Service staff unhelpful and disappointing. Pathways to rooms have carpet which makes it difficult to roll bags. Elevators do not go all the way down to the lobby. So the bags have to be carried down the stairs 1 level .

Staff particularly Avani, Shekhar, Saddam and ladies at breakfast resto, friendly and excellent service...

bathrooms need renovation and do not appear clean and the same is applicable to the bedding.

Try to repair one of the lift as one is functioning properly another lift is not working properly

Liked the location of the place and staff behaviour

The pool could have been better and towards the sunny side.We couldn’t enjoy the pool since the water was too cold and thre was no sun. The pool size was also small.

Breakfast was excellent and had great variety, rooms were large and comfortable, staff were excellent, friendly and courteous, facilities were excellent, whole atmosphere and environment was very good, lobby was very good, taxi , transport arrangements were excellent

Staff courtesy, Mr Krishnedu from front desk was very courteous and helpful.

The room doors were not closing properly and the door frames are damaged and hurting hands every time the doors are opened. Open construction in from top room 237 (where we were staying) was a, safety concern. There was no hot water.

The cable channels sometimes no english movies, meaning the set top box.

Location is alright

Old property, not worth the price. Badly lit. Check on-Check out processes were lengthy, without any particular reason.

The food was good and it was value for money.

The cleanliness and upkeep of the property is just average. Also, the staff are not prompt, we tried calling housekeeping to get a toilet roll and nobody picked our call, we got it the next day. Overall, also the staff should be more prompt and attentive, even the receptionists.
