Courteous service of the staff, expansive grounds, spa, the pool and the beach. The restaurant offerings on property were also very good, with plenty of variety.

First day stayed in the older part of the hotel that was not renovated recently and could use an upgrade.

I recently stayed at the park hotel vizag, and had a very comfortable experience. The manager, Guna, was extremely supportive and always ready to assist us at any time. We truly appreciated the hospitality and will definitely come back again.

room cleanliness and bathroom fittings were not upto expectations. balcony door was not getting locked. so safety was a concern. there were no indoor activities available for children

Located at the right place in Vizag and feasible for shopping as well as beach walk from the property in the morning was awesome . Lalita the person was very helpful and great hospitality from her end and follow-up to check with me everyday on room service and other cleaning was great .

Rooms are not upto the mark. Reception and room service is unprofessional.The buffet breakfast is not upto the benchmark.. Overall my experience is horrifying and poor.

My booking was cancelled by hotel. They said their HVAC had some problems and hence cancelled Booking.I think they deliberately cancelled for better options

Filled with rats in the corridor of hotel and rooms are un hygienic

1. The location is excellent. Its around 30 mins from airport, and is situated on RK beach2. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Special mention to Mr Arunav and Chitra from front desk.3. The dinner buffet was awesome. Good spread, and the local cuisine was delicious!4. The property has a nice swimming pool and outdoor space. Its nice to sit out especially during evening.

1. The rooms are good, but the bathroom has a glass wall, not something to have while travelling with family.2. The property caters more to business travellers. Could have few options for family travelling with kids like some play areas, indoor games and few outdoor sport options3. The breakfast buffet is average in terms of variety and taste. So is ala carte menu. Didnt enjoy much.

Chitra the front excecutive truly deserves all the applause and all good wishes for her exceptional care understanding the needs of stressful guests, she made all the arrangements for the missing essential items and went out of way in making sure we have all that we needed.

The open and green estate was nice. The staff, especially the front desk staff were helpful and always had a smile on their face. The Spa was great without much fanfare.

The property is bit old and needs renovation. One lift for the entire building slows down the traffic. The breakfast spread can be improved and the spice level outside of the local cuisine can be tamed down.

If I had to mention anything that could be improved :? Wi-Fi could be a bit fasterOne small hiccup was the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at first. However, the IT team was quick to respond and resolved it efficiently, showing how dedicated the staff is to guest satisfaction.

It's location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, on the ramakrishna beach road and the views from the ocean view rooms too, rooms are amazing and the hotel facilities are very good, swimming pool was very clean and neat. I recommend the place for my family and friends. It's a very nice place for a getaway from a busy life.... looking forward to stay again in future...
