I don’t have a window of outside view. I’m not getting any fresh air because the only window for my room opens up to the lobby of the hotel where I can overseas, what’s happening down and also when I open the window, there is an adjacent corner where people will be able to see which I didn’t like.

The property is well located fromSome key things that were important to me. Reasonably well maintained and comfortable rooms. The service is very good, great staff who are sincere with their efforts to take care of you.Good food and available round the clock.

While the property is clean, it’s slowly showing its age, with some chipping of floors here and there, faded mirrors etc. Hope they do some renovation for the next time.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is 25-30 mnts. from airport. The staff specially Sandhya, Amrutha and Pravallika were very helpful to resolve any issue. Breakfast was good and included both indian and continental types. As a whole the ambience of hotel is good.

Lift not going upto parking area. This causes problem to person with restricted mobility, though you can ask receptionist to unlock the lift so that it can go upto parking area.

The hotel is located at city centre, so traveling to anywhere in the city was comfortable and quick. The hotel restaurant's buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were amazing - good variety and delicious! The hotel staff is really polite and very helpful.

The rooms are a bit small in size and feel overcrowded with too much furniture. As an ITC Group hote, the washroom should have better brand of toiletries instead of Biotique. Also, only bath towels were available and no hand towels were there - even after housekeeping service. Requested for an extra mattress and the folding cot we got could not be straightened completely and caused discomfort while sleeping.

Restaurant has feel options. At breakfast a cup of coffee can take close to 10 minutes to arrive, they should have a machine there. They have not many western options even on dinner.People on front desk is not well trained to deal with different situations. I do not visa to enter India, and I demonstrated this information on Indian ambassy website and also my passport with the proper stamp. Even so was very boring and bureaucratic process to check in and they bothered me along the week many times asking me for my visa. They even asked my profissional contacts in India, after three days at the hotel.In resume, I won't expect to go there again.

Nice spread available early morning which facilitated our early checkout, as we needed to drive to Vijayawada. The variety was adequate and the dishes were tasty,

Very good buffet spread, specially at breakfast. Convenient location. Excellent staff service. Each staff I encountered went out of the way to help!

Some things need updating such as bathroom fittings.

The location of the hotel was apt. Close to the market and not too far from the beach. The breakfast buffet also was quite good.

The room size was too small and the bathroom felt congested.

Great experience, We were tam of 13 and everyone enjoyed the stay and the facility. Restaurant staff are courteous and very very helpful. Since some of us do not take Onion and Garlic, they specially prepared a Jain food for us. Mr. Rajesh in the resultant was very helpful and did a great job for us. Special Thanks to him.

Requested connecting rooms at the last minute and it was arranged by the team. Our family stayed only a night and felt that we should have stayed a bit longer. Very neat and comfortable rooms and restrooms with all the required toiletries. Complimentary breakfast was very good, traditional, continental and healthy options available. Family or individual anyone can book this place without hesitation

The hotel is situated at a well known and busy intersection and close to all areas of the city. Now onto my experience at the hotel:We booked two deluxe rooms (5 guests in total..3 in one and 2 in another room) but both the rooms seem to be same but the prices are different, this clearly shows that they were not fair in charging different fees for essentially same rooms. The staff of the hotel does not seem to be trained well enough to care of the guests. For example:1) We repeatedly had to ask for extra toiletries (3 and 2 people staying in a two rooms but toiletries were only for a single person). 2) Wifi was provided for only one room (we booked two rooms) and had to wait for a long time to be provided another set of wifi credentials for another room.3) The room cleaning service was not prompt.The restaurant at the hotel, zodiac, is an expensive place to eat for example, the water bottle which is Rs.20 is charged Rs.70 (more than 300% markup in value). Despite my complaints about this they were stubborn (Mr Demudu at the front desk, others were vehement about this) about not reducing the price. Although the bill at the restaurant clearly was quoting Rs.20 for the bottle, the final settlement bill was quoting Rs.70 (exclusive of taxes ;-)). They should inform guests that they’ve a policy of overcharging for water among other things. I would advise everyone to avoid eating at the restaurant.Despite all the above experiences, they had the nerve to ask how was my experience at the hotel. I would avoid staying at this hotel for my next visit.

Room is spacious, very clean, good facilities too.

There was an event going on in the 5th floor and we were in the 4th floor. The sound was terrible. So maybe ask for a room that is not under an event hall

At the time of booking the price for three nights showing was included with Rs.500/- F&B credit note and I was confirmed by hotel that when I checked out it will be reimbursed but they ignore this request when check out

Hospitality was exceptional. All the staff right from the gate to room were courteous. Breakfast was excellent, though it was buffet, staff served the food voluntarily with affection. Myself and my wife wholeheartedly appreciate Fortune Inn and its team for their service. In the last 15 years we might have stayed in more than 100+ hotels in India and Abroad, Fortune Inn stands out of all the Hotels we stayed.
