The customer service is great and its close proximity to all the major city destinations is a big advantage. The food options and standards within the hotel are pretty decent.

Minor facelift to all the rooms will make the stay even better.

The property needs some renovation. Pillows and comforter has a smell. No options for food especially for international cuisine

Felt as a quiet place, rooms are well sized, staff was very nice and customer service was really great. Good restaurant, breakfast spread was decent. But few of the infrastructure needs refurbishment.

Hotel Location is good. Very close to the RK beach and several commercial shops . Rooms are good . Enough parking area for the car.

There was some unexpected and unfriendly response from the staff . There was an issue where the restaurant brought in a wrong in-room dining order. When complaining my wife received a response asking if she would like some soda. See, we are not expecting complementary soda when reporting a wrong order. I have been to many star hotels and mistakes some times happen. Its about how the staff owns up and rectifies the mistake. We felt like - take the soda and stop complaining. Overall I felt there were too many very young staff members who belonged to outside state who simply couldn't give us a local vibe. People of Vizag behave very differently to what we experienced. It was a very transactional behavior with no personalized attention from the staff.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Vizag, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived early in the morning, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Despite our arrival at around 7 a.m., they had our rooms ready by 8:30 a.m. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to freshen up and enjoy our day at the beach while they prepared our accommodations.The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. What truly impressed us was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, always ready to assist with a smile.The facilities at the hotel are top-notch, and we appreciated the convenience and comfort they provided. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we left with wonderful memories. I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton at Vizag to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

The only downside to our otherwise wonderful stay was the pool timings. The pool closed at 7 p.m., which was a bit disappointing. We spent the entire day sightseeing and by the time we returned to the hotel, we were informed that the pool was closed. Since we had to leave early the next morning around 6 a.m., we couldn’t enjoy the pool at all. It would have been better if the pool stayed open until 9 p.m., which is common in many hotels.

The room and the dinning room are not clean at all. I have seen cockroaches in the breakfast area and also in the room for which I feel very bad and can’t able to stay properly

The staff were all lovely. Genuinely friendly people who were amused/bemused that the hotel had been invaded by scores of cricket-loving Brits. The breakfast was really delicious, stronger on the local dishes. Plenty of fresh fruit and pasties for those who don’t want spicy food for breakfast. The rooms are good, we found the bed comfortable and the shower was great.

I liked everything. Some constructive observations: the pool tiles need to be remedied, dozens have fallen off. Maybe invest in more sunloungers? And it wouldn’t hurt to stock the bar with some more wine. The local wine is good and should be promoted. Minor quibbles!
