Really Worst! This Is The Worst Treebo I Have Visited, Have Completely Lost Trust In Treebo Due To This Visit. Firstly The Room Which I Booked Wasn’t Provided. Had To Hustle For An Hour To Get My Booked Sea View Room. The Hygiene And The Cleanliness Isnt Like Treebo Brand! There Was No Hot Water The Other Day, And Was Asked To Pay For Water Bottles Provided As Well. For The Amount Paid For The Hotel, Reallyyy Worsttt Service! You Can Pay A Little Higher Amount And Get A 5 Star Hotel Instead Of This!

It was very clean.One would love to stay as they have planned everything in a very friendly manner here.The staff were really humble and friendly.I really enjoyed my stay here.Breakfast provided. Excellent.

They cancel your booking with out deposit paid outside booking.com

It doesn’t matter if you book through here or not. It doesn’t matter if you have free cancellation here or not. They will cancel your booking and allocate your rooms to other people if you don’t pay up a deposit separately outside the platform. customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful. They even cut the call on when asked for an explanation of why with a valid reservation on Booking.com they still cancelled my reservation.

They maintain a good staff in the hotel and are very polite. They provide excellent hospitality and offer the best location to stay in Vizag with a beach view.

We requested a room in a higher floors. Even though the hotel is relatively vacant, the staff told us they cannot offer rooms on higher floors as they charge extra for those rooms. But this was not mentioned anywhere in the booking.com

It was in a good location and it was clean.

We caught the maid going through our suitcase and our private things. When customer service called for feedback they hung up on us when we told that there had been a problem. Apparently they don’t want to make the hotel any better. Breakfast was very bad.

The only issue I faced was that the hotel is a bit distant from the main city, so it might be a little hectic to visit the historical sites and museums. However, if you prioritise hospitality, service and hygiene, and can have some time spared for travelling within the city, it's a very good place to stay.

Treebo name should not be used.Hotel has some other name.Only a treebo board hangs to show that they are linked to this chain.Fraud claims.No restaurant.Complimentary breakfast is served outside where general public can view everything.

Good, but the menu was same everyday...no variety.Pl replace the melamine plates with porcelein/ chinaware plates.

The toilets were stinking of urine, inspite of good flushing of the commode.Pl look into it.No system of hand towel placement in rooms .The quality of bed linen was terrible . Pl procure Bombay dyeing ...100% cotton sheets.The rooms were very small and we felt claustrophobic.
