I was scammed by the Oyo team, despite of prepayment and confirming I was moved to some shit hotel which was in an horrible condition and the price of which was 1/3rd of the primary location booked, I tried seeking out support for refund, which was not supported, all in all an horrific experience, well played cheaters!

Location and parking were convenient

The location of the hotel is good. Where u can easily find the good food options, chai, coconut water. It is also near the beach. Cleanliness was up to the mark. You can book without any second thoughts.

They do not provide toiletries. Just the hand wash. No shampoo, facewash, toothbrush not even a water bottle. Make sure to carry these items if u are planning to book this hotel.

The bed was not comfortable. The room had insects crawling, mosquitoes were also quite irritating.

No breakfast available ?

Rooms look old n linens too. Not like fresh ones?

The area is very near to all the main attractions. Though the area is crowdy, the property seems quiet. Nice to stay. Staff were polite n helpful.

There was no breakfast arrangement whereas, during booking it was showing always breakfast included. The linens were not so looking good. Little to be improved.

Hotel cancelled my booking on the same day even after paying advance and confirmed . I had to adjust in another oyo with higher price

Property did not receive my call or called me before cancelling my booking. After i contacted several times they said all rooms were full

Nothing. Only Bathroom was big.

Staff behaviour was worst. Reception room is not so small, and stinky. Unhealthy way of Breakfast served. Bathroom door lock was not working. Hand wash not available.When asked for coffee, served on plastic cup. Not in proper cup.Fraud feedbacks on booking sites.Very far from beach.Not at all suitable to stay.

Very clean, great location and very friendly staff. Recommend massively as a tourist. Comfortable, easy and affordable. Great place to stay defo worth booking.

There were no basic things like cutlery or plates. The rooms weren’t cleaned until they were asked to clean. They did not give me my room access key and i had to bring someone up all the time i had to go back to the room.

The property seemed to be relatively new. Decent sized clean rooms. Polite and co-operative staff. Room service was quick and prompt.

Bedsheets though clean had old stains. Also the washrooms need to have deep cleaning done.

It is better when compared with cleanliness to other stay in the location.

The property is not value for money I guess. Cause for 2100rs per day, you expect/should have more facilities. The hospitality of staffs and security needs to be groomed by proper training.I had stayed here for like 6-7 days at multiple occasions, I always felt the price is on the higher side.

Very helpful staff, always with a smile. Spacious rooms with good WiFi and correct placements of plug points. Prompt service and attention.

Location is a bit crowded. Smell near the entrance.

Properly working fixtures, and cleanliness, clean linen

Linen had yellow spots, bathroom fittings are not working properly, cleanliness issues.Definitely not a townhouse experience.
