Treebo Rainbow Grand

location

the facilities can be improved , the sheets where not that clean . We booked delux room and thought the facilities would be better but it was not worth the price i would rather go for standard room, it is the same as delux

To say nothing in particular

Fittings are broken, room ambience is not good, staff expect service charges for doing their job

Rooms are clean and good

Reception is not up to mark ,no ward boy exits to put the luggage in while we entered

Nice stay in budget. great location. clean room. great hospitality. lift facility is there.

front office staff was nice

it was very uncongested and also more expensive compared to other hotels

Staffs are cooperative. Although had a little conversation issue but without conversation services were butter smooth. Really loved the place. Location is great. Stay was amazing.

Mattress and bedsheet were a bit poor

INTERIOR IS GOOD. SUFFICIENT PLATE AND BOWLS HAS BEEN PROVIDED ON DEMAND.

ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL NOT SUITABLE FOR 03 PERSONS. BEDS ARE TOO SOFT. THE EXISTING WINDOW CURTAINS GIVING A GAP FROM THE WALL AND MAY GIVE A INSIDE VIEW OF THE 02 ROOMS LOCATED AT OUTER SIDES OF THE HOTEL LAYOUTS. NO REFRIGERATOR AVAILABLE.

Bad

The room was very small..bed was very uncomfortable..first time experienced such a bad experience with treebo..had a booking for 4 nights.. paid advance in full..had to checkout one day earlier..contacted customer care multiple times regarding early check out and refund for the extra day but no positive response recieved. Really disappointed with the experience..

This is not a 3-star hotel. I have booked this hotel thinking as a 3-star hotel, as projected in mybookings.com. this is a 2-star hotel.

I was told 2 to 3 hrs before check-in is free, but i was charged Rs 500.complementary breakfast is not as expected. This is not a 3-star hotel and i am not sure why it is projected as 3-star hotel in mybooking.com?

Disappointing

The sheets were dirty with spots, didn’t even provide a blanket and enough towels for a group of 3 people. Washroom was barely clean

Good simple staff. Friendly. Cleaning happens on a daily basis, you just have to ask them though to do it.

AC not working well. Room size smaller than expected in the pictures. Breakfast was some Idli and Dosa packed from nearby restaurant, so no cafeteria for breakfast present. Just two floors in the building belong to the hotel, so honestly, its a normal streetside lodge

I spent 3 nights nd 4days over there, I like the staff behaviour they are very friendly and polite. Mr Srinivas and his team were very helpful they gave us exceptional service. As per the Cleanliness and hygiene they are maintaining very well.

I didn't like the size of the room. it was a very small room. And the bed is next to the door. Room should be a little big. It was not convenient for me

Staff is very courteous and prompt in their service. Good location and accessible to medical shops, restaurants and transport.

Nothing much. Good value for the money.

The bed and the bathroom and the room is getting the front view

Near the sink the water water is blocking

Room size is good. Thank God there was kettle n sachets to make my own coffee and Tea

Poor quality of bedsheet n towel. Housekeeping is poor. Totally disappointed with poor quality food in complimentary breakfast. Tea served was in ridiculously smallcup. Overall stay was not pleasant. Staff not upto mark in etiquette

nice specious rooms. we were a big group and booked two rooms and found it very useful.

nothing much...

It was on the main road. Parking was small.

Room was too small for the price.

Staff is very friendly, they allowed me to check-in before check-in time. Room is very clean with all facilities. Location is very close to main places and Breakfast was good. One day, they had served me break-fast to my room.

Please check pillow covers..

Good

Entrance and the way should be wider and more visible. Rooms are very small. Sops not provided. Breakfast can be better. Bed tea and newspaper should be provided

Location and tariff wise it's good for a short stay

Rooms and bathroom need to maintained more cleanlyTowels are dirtyBedsheet and pillows look dirty alsoCleanliness needs to be taken careOdour of the room is also not great. Proper maintenance needs to be done before handing over the room to customer
