Very bad quality at O Jagadamba hotel

Very dirty, bathroom doors broken and doors handle not worked.

Bad experience. After you reach the hotel tired, they will ask you for payment before providing you the room. If no other hotel is available, you may stay here. The hotel management will show you the best room in this hotel online, but will give you another, worse room when you arrive at the hotel. Every room in the hotel has a bad smell, dust on the furniture, all the lights in the room don't work, the fan regulator doesn't work, the ACs don't operate with the remote. During online booking, it was mentioned that the hotel authorities could be contacted in both English and Hindi. But the person at the hotel reception couldn't speak English well and couldn't even speak or understand Hindi (the national language). I stayed here for 3 days with great difficulty. The hotel housekeeping staff did not clean the room for a day but came to take the tips during check out. The hotel authority did not provide any extra items or services other than the room only, even the hotel receptionist charged Rs.25/- for a 1 liter bottle (non branded) of water.

Location was superb. Walkable distance to the beach. Good behaviour of reception staff.

Didn't like the cleaning staff asking for tip even when we stayed for a very short duration. Little bit confused about the name of the hotel stay. It was written Hotel Gayathri. Drinking Water should be complementary, had to pay extra over MRP for a water bottle.

Very bad treatment from receptionist. Room and bed sheets are dirty. It must have been washed days ago. I have made request oyo to refund money for at least 1 night instead of two nights. No response from oyo. It is very bad/sad experience during my stay at Visakhapatnam.

Better shut oyo in that premises.

Receptionist(female) was very helpful and nice. Room was clean.

No TV, AC didnt work, gheyser didnt work, some taps and health faucets did not work. Cleaning staff did not clean the room in a timely manner

I paid extra for breakfast but that was not provided. I was asked to pay extra even for water bottle and a bar of soap! I’m highly disappointed

Sorry to inform you that the staff at the property did not entertain our booking and refused to allot room at mid night . You also did not help in any way. No contact number was provided for any emergency situation.We are very dissatisfied with your service. In future we are not going to take your service any more.Your company seems to be a fraud.

No water available, room given but tap not working in bathroom. The worst thing water complimentary not available, even after contacting Oyo personnel, nothing acted.

NOTHING! THE HOTEL IS A SCAM!!!

Its a complete Scam!!! What you see in the internet is nothing like the hotel itself, there is not even a Manager ! this hotel is being run by some young boys who dont care about you or your needs at all, there is a phone in reception but no one ever takes up! Starting from the room, it is uncleaned and smelly, The Bed was broken, after telling few hundred times, one person came with a room freshner but neither they changed the bedshit or fixed the bed nor changed our room Staff is extremely bad and not helpful, your whole money will be lost

Wifi was unstable, no light for reading above the bed or next to it. No mirror in the bathroom or room.

No hot water, high price for what you “get”, dirty, no clean sheets, broken shower

Only good thing is it is near to the beach.

Nothing is good about the stay poor cleanliness, stained sheet, uncomfortable spring mattress. Never book this hotel please.

As mentioned by you people of OYO that these facilities would be available but none of the facilities were available except working AC. Even the Water Tap wasn't working properly.No breakfast, No WiFi, No water, No toiletries, nothing basic amenities were provided Only you people write that these facilities would be provided but these are Only in writing. You don't adhere to these.I would never book your OYO and will also not recommend anyone to book.

The room had plenty of space, was incredibly clean, and made our stay very comfortable, staffs friendliness combined with the cleanliness of the hotel made it a perfect stay.
