Staff was good

Bad maintenance, poor quality rooms

Nothing much positives. As the room with ac was the only positivies.

Bedsheets were not clean and its clearly looked used. Unless asked for replacement staff didn't bothered. We stayed for 3 days with infant but staff least bothered to maintain hygiene with regular cleaning. Washroom was okay but there was no flush. Staff wasn't same as noticed 4 members in 3 days. Also, they charged full day price for 6 hours extra (Which I'm okay but the maintenance and welcoming Staff should have been helpful to avoid the above issues)

Save your money and good location for shopping.

Room is so bad smell, not clean, bathroom very awful and dirty.

The rooms are big.

Rooms are not at all maintained. Every room has a problem, either taps are broken, lights, fans not working. Walls are dirty, bedsheets have stains. I changed several rooms, each room has a problem.

It is in a good location, there are shops and restaurants around

The place was not clean. We had to ask for clean bed sheets the first night. We paid for breakfast to be included but we didn't get any even after asking in the reception.

It is a self service cheap facilities hotel. I am still thinking what exactly I paid for.

I highly recommend (Green tree) because of its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff

Nothing much everything is good

Just one strong advice: avoid this place!The room and the bathroom were extremely dirty, probably not cleaned for months. I arrived around midnight and was confronted with the staff surprised that I wish a towel and a soap. Bedsheets were not clean. The door did not close properly. The lift was not working. The crowning were the used underpants and some other dirty clothing in the wardrobe left by previous guests. Sticky dirt everywhere, if you touch any surfaces in the room, you need to call for help to detach.It was supposed to be a nice conclusion of my trip, but they ruined it. It was my second stay at a Collection O hotel, second disappointment. They shoot nice photos for booking.com and the reality at the spot is the very opposite. The photos are photoshopped, by the way, with flowers on the night table and images on the wall added digitally (!) - you can see it. I know much better standards in India for that price range. Sorry guys, this is not how you run a hotel. Staff is quite nice, but it does not reduce the disgust. So, the best thing that could happen to me was quick check-out next morning.

they asked me to pay in advance and which i dint want to pay till i visit. they dint give the room at 12pm when i arrived.

The location was convenient, close to Railway Station,State bus transport and Rk Beach, making it easy to explore the area.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.”

great experience overall. Seamless check-in, nice behavior of staff, The great location and facilities. The clean and spacious rooms.
