Overall the stay here was pathetic.

This property does not worth its price of 2500. washroom was stinking like anything. Not get proper sleep at night. No wardrobes in the room telephone and the gate lock were not working at all. Washroom window was the sealed one which made it even worse.

The Location

Linen was not clean when checked in and got it replaced only on informed. Just a litre of water was placed. No kettle was available. TV Remote www as broken with no battery cover.Overall average.

He can't give 10min time to stay and after handover to keys he can't give any time using for washrooms

He can't given extra time and and not using for 10min washroom after 4 days stay

Break fast is okay

Good but we required it early 7.30 clock.

Wet cloth stand not there.

RATS In my Hotel Room

My stay from 3rd Feb - 6th Feb 2025My Hotel Room has RATS. Despite raising complaints to reception desk no heed was paid. I had to turn the lights lit for all three nights due to which I was unable to sleep properly. And my next work day was compromised to great extent with head aches and dizziness. Rats keep on coming and going the moment there was little silence in the room and coming closer to dustbin to check for food and leaving shit behind. Extremely bad experience. I request Hotel staff and authorities must take necessary action in this regards, so that people must not be troubled due to this. I will not prefer this hotel for my next stay.

Too crowded.... too little on offer

Hotel was shabby and toilets and linen not clean enough.. Room was old and dimly lit.

Location

Everything else other than location, check out time is 12 in booking.com and 11 am at the property. Dirty rooms, poor service, unfriendly staff and bad breakfast.

Very poor

The lift was broken, we got a room on the 4th floor, and we were with kids and seniors. The lift was not working for over 24 hrs and the staff didn't care nor empathize with us. The staff was not trained for hospitality towards the guests. They were rude. There was no proper housekeeping! Washrooms and the beds were dirty, and this property does not have any sea view rooms as claimed. There were no proper toiletries and towels It's not worth the money! And it's definitely not convenient for families.

The hotel was clean and the staff's behaviour was good. They allow me early access even though it was not possible as per the policy. Rooms were clean and provided basic toiletries and beverages items. This property is very close to the beach.

Good location

Restorent is absent.Everyday same breakfast.

The room' was spacious , well furnished, and the washroom was hygienic, 24/7 hot water in bathroom and walkable distance to the beach, nearby restaurant,

The toiletry kit provided for only 1 guest, dinning room not spacious

Location is good, rooms are spacious and clean.

Near to beach ,peaceful area

Maintainence ok

Location is very near to RK beach and anyone can see the sea from the rooftop. Breakfast was served in time in their hall. Rooms were decently spacious and clean.

They don't have their own restaurant. Menu is very much limited for breakfast. They generally bring some snacks e.g. Idli, dosa, Bada, bread toast, upma etc. without asking guests' choice.

Room size, amenities, location, well behaved and supportive staff were amazing

Breakfast is not prepared, but ordered from outside. Which will become cold after a certain time and left with very few items to be served out of a limited menu. No issue except the breakfast part.

The few things I liked about the property is - 1. It has an wheel chair accessible entrance and a lift2. The location is really close to the sea

The list is never ending but I'll try to keep it low - 1. The rooms had a weird smell when I first checked2. The washrooms are too high for aged people3. The bedsheet and pillow cover were stainedLast but not the least, 4. The hotel people didn't communicate with me on the first day regarding some maintenance issues. I ended up dragging my mom who's on a wheelchair around the city to find a different hotel. After clearing up all the confusion and reaching the hotel, the staff were not kind, didn't try to listen or understand the problem and just simply tried to move on.

We loved the stay.Initially with a little bit of concern (Treebo cancelled the booking just 10 days before the travel), when we reached we had a negative vibe going on, but the Sea Esta changed that completely.Here is what we loved:1. The room (#504) is spacious, clean, and has nice air circulation and light.2. Service staff is very polite and prompt in providing any sort of services.3. The location is fabulous as it is just 500 metres away from RK Beach.4. Uber and Swiggy are able to access the location quickly as it is a known place.5. The area is so calm and quiet, you will feel like walking in the morning or late evening.6. Breakfast quality has a basic standard.7. 24/7 hot water in washroom.8. The bed/mattress is very comfortable.

Apart from the above there are a few weeks I would like to highlight only.1. The person at the reception should be a bit cheerful and proactive with his attitude, instead gloomy and upset (looks like only).2. Food quality is good, but no variety in breakfast. We all love Idli, Vada and all, however once in a while it would be great to have something different too. The number of items is very less.3. There is no wardrobe in the room, instead a bunk box with a door, should have at least a small cupboard, not a kitchen storage type of shelf.4. Toiletries should be better in terms of quantity and quality.5. There are internal damages in washroom basins and all, that needs to be taken care of.6. The hanging lamp on top of the table was not working and there was a bit of water leakage in the AC.

The Location was the only plus point

Cleanliness was not upto the mark. The pre booking requests like a twin bed were not addressed and had to wait for the same after checking in.
