When i booked online, i clearly mentioned that my child is 14 years old. But the staff there said that they consider only 8 years and below as a child.While booking online, through booking.com, it showed free breakfast. But the staff said that my booking doesn't come with breakfast

The ad you(Booking.com) put carries " pay at location". However the hotel staff kept on calling and sending emails and WhatsApp messages, demanding to pay half the booking amount. I responded and advised that the payment will be made in full at checkin when I arrive. After that I received an email from the hotel that they have cancelled the booking due to heavy demand for rooms. The hotel response was not polite and disappointing. So why is booking.com advertising 'no payment needed while booking , Pay at location " when the hotel people are asking for a down payment . Please request the hotel to keep their dealings honest and transparent. I was disappointed both with the hotel and booking.com for failing me and had to book at another hotel using MakeMyTrip app as I was reaching Visakhapatnam at night time and didn't want to take any chances for disappointment again by using booking.com app.

The area is very nice for conveyance , food courts , close to railway station and becach.

The property was not as per the standard , no hot water , break fast is not good . The mattress was very old and no springs active , mosquitoes in the room . Not have regular cleaning .

Room and staff behaviour is good.they are also helping me.

It is generally okay. They do not have restaurant facility however, outside food is allowed in the room, which is good alternative.

Near the railway station

No room service after 6pm...since the room is not available after 6pm..The drinking water bottles were changed for me at the hotel reception.. the water bottles were complimentary..The breakfast was served late ...since my flight was booked in the morning... skipped the breakfast which was included in the booking..

Checkin process was ok and they also confirmed the booking before reaching the hotel ,staff were cooperative and given me the room which I chose .

The girls in the reception were very rude. The guy who I spoke to, perhaps the manager, was also rude to me. I won't be visiting the hotel again.
