Location and the stuff

Showers, very old doors,floors Yeah

I like everything. Except the room they?re clean, But the shower, the toilet the walls on the showers. They are very bad condition pretty old. Need some work, Water in the shower goes very slow.

Good price and friendly staff

1- struggled with the Internet connection. needed to input voucher numbers several times.2- sink blocked.3- no coffee making option

Staff are very polite ang helpfull, room are clean and the place is very accessible.

Hopefully soon they might consider to have an airport transportion, since the airport is quite far from downtown. But anyway front desk are always happy to assist in booking a taxi.

Nothing I like about this hotel

The room is like hell, very very hot because the AC seems like lack of freon. I ended up getting another hotel.

The location is good and nearby establishments in the city.

The free food is bad. Additional menu with additional fee would be a good option.

Location-wise since it's just near General Santos City hall. The concierge is accommodating and gives assistance to us.

The breakfast is quite repetitive but it's understandable. I also didn't like this one instance wherein I placed a door sign in the room we were staying for a clean up and when we got back, the room was still in the same condition where we left. I hope the housekeeping staff takes note of this to avoid the same concern next time.

Breakfeast wasnt soo fantastic but there are lots of eateries near by.. could walk.

Very clean room and bathroom and very spacious.Good aircondition. With service water at lobby.

The servers at the breakfast area needs more training. But they are nice.

Value for money and a good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

i like that the staff are very welcoming and accomodating,also the Place is close to some GenSan Park, Church and other resto.

our water heater in the comfort room is not working...key card is also not working. they gave us old keys instead.breakfast meal is cold. not warm.suggestion if the hotel could provide an Umbrella for some customers who wanted to stroll outside even when it's raining. it would be an X-factor to the hotel if they do that.

the bidet is leaking in my room

It’s located in the heart of the city ., just very near to malls , City Hall and food Restaurants ..

Just a few things need to improve .. - a morning meal should be served with breakfast viands .. preferably with Eggs & choices of beverage - Bidet water pressure was too low ., pls have it check .

the shower in my room doesn't function well, it's broken which makes the water flow slowly

Loved the staff

It was dirty. The a/c was dirty, the cr was dirty, the curtains were dusty. The water heater didn’t work.
