Breakfast was good. Room was larger than expected. And the staff was very friendly.

AC made the room smell bad and gave me a runny nose - mildew problem. And the fridge was shut off and smelt rank.

Lovely modern, clean room with brand new bathroom and great mattresses.

Restaurant proposed an extensive menu, but in reality only had about 5 items available. I would suggest printing new limited item menus to meet hungry travellers' expectations.

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom which is always a bonus.

I understand that the food may be limited since this is a small hotel, but would be good if the selections were enticing and delicious to eat.

The parking area. Need improvement. And the room service ( food) needs improvement too.Took an hour and a half to get in my room and it’s already cold. Very disappointing!!

The Staff were 5 stars amazing!!! so helpful and so friendly!!! Keep up the good work!!! The rooms were comfortable, aircon was a welcome relief at the end of each hot day!

Perhaps an upgrade on the linen and towels would be nice, but apart from that, I had a pleasant stay!

The location was very centric towards the local SM Mall. Walking distance actually, Size of room was good. Did not feel claustrophobic. Staff were very good. Friendly, addressed inquires effectively and were efficient.

Very noisy guests. Rooms are nowhere near sound proof. Had the unfortunate incident of a drunk guest ringing and knocking on my door at 3am in the morning. The gay did not know it was NOT his/her room. Breakfast was dismal. Over salted omelette, weak viands, even more limited jams for breads, juice guaranteed to give you diabetes... yeah, pass on that.

Given key cards were not working. It’s a bit hassle on calling their staff just to have the doors opened.

Just lacking value for price. For example, the room was very hot, it took over a hour to cool down after turning the air conditioner on. The bathroom fixtures are almost at the point of needing to be replaced (sink handles loose, toilet leaking making the water continuously flowing in the bowl and the shower head needed to be tightened as it was leaking from above). That being said…They were doing some renovations so maybe they are addressing these issues. Also there was no tissue box or bottled water provided in the room.

Location - accesible to shops and restaurants

I booked 2 rooms with them. I declared the number of guests per room and the age of the kids. We are 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 kids 10 and 12. When I arrived at the property, I was told I need to pay extra because 10 and 12 years old are considered adults. 1 room has 2 double bed. I was told that the room is only good for 2 people. I never had trouble in my bookings before and was never asked to pay extra because I always put the exact number of poeple staying and the age as well. Staff told me it’s their policy to ask for payment but in their hotel policy says kids under 12 free of stay. I refused to pay. I was told that they will allow it for that stay but next time I have to pay.

We like the location because it was near restaurants, hospital & SM mall. The rooms were clean as well as the bedsheets & towels.

I was given the wrong room on my first night & all they can offer was an apology & refund thru food/ services. It was uncomfortable & hassle for me as I have to pack my things again to transfer to my preferred room the next day. Their breakfast was not good also & the rest of my family had the same opinion. Their hot & cold shower was not working so well also.

I think this is for booking.com, the price is a bit pricey. Same amount for booking on 3 nights 4 days and 2 nights 3 days.

I have booked this property multiple times now. In fact whenever I need a hotel in Gensan I always stay here. The facilities are simple but functional. The rooms are big and clean and comfortable. The staff are always polite and in general great service from the staff. The location is also excellent with a lot of restaurants just outside the hotel and walking distance from SM gensan.

The wifi was a bit slow at the lower floors.

My father loved the accessibility of the hotel's location. Also the upper dining area/hall was large and very convinient. My father stayed twice last month and he was happy

Nothing to complain. My father enjoyed his stay and he had a restful 2 days.
