I like the Bad experience to help me to appreciate other places that I thought was bad

Nothing I like about it What they advertise,It¿s not what you get. Nothing I like about it, I booked 12 nights, I only spend four nights out of the 12 I could not survive there. The food sick me cheap rice With a lot of trash from the rice No free breakf

We had to transfer to another wing because the wing where we were initially assigned smelled so bad, the smell was like coming septic tank, and the room also smelled of laundry detergent.

Not worth it and traumatic

Although the price was good but there were zero toiletries, you need to buy it. I should’ve chosen a more expensive and worth it property. The location was bad. I didn’t feel safe because the key card lock was not working. The mattress is old you can feel the springs.

Good value for money, quiet location, very good food that is bought to your room, close enough to reach centre by walking or short trike ride. I would stay again

Being woken at 7am for breakfast each day, wifi signal not strong, lack of power points in the room

It's a little unusual not getting a key for the room but the staff were lovely and the room great value for money.

Price is cheap plus with breakfast

TV doesnt work

I like the location...

The first time I was there it was beyond wat i expected. But the other day the room doesnt have any toiletries, only 1 towel was provided, the wifi was very slow, the toliet doesnt have any hot and cold showers, the shower doesnt open... I hope they can improve....

The location is central, the beds are comfortable and staff are friendly.

The wifi connection was not good inside the room and you have to go near reception or the dining room to get a good coverage.

Ant infested. Outside of room never clean. chef scratching his groin area whilst talking with me. Toilet flush continuing to break. . Changing room because of influx of msquitos. Remote control of tv to be changed. Aircon excessively loud, in complaint ignored by owner who walked away proceeded by being shouted at to find a new hotel all at 06:00. Highly rude. Service unimportant to owners

Parking with Security, Location is accessible, Near malls and restaurants.

The location is best and very affordable for it's room size.

Our room wasn't that neat the bed and floors aren't clean ,the sheets and pillow are soso for me,.even the toilet wasn't thoroughly cleaned.maybe becoz it was an old room.our keycard doesn't work properly,we kept calling their attention for our room access. All in all i give a 5 for fair.

My family liked the taste of the food.

The room isn't thoroughly cleaned. It is dusty. The aircon need to be cleaned too.

1. The staff are very accomodating and approachable.2. Room is affordable.3. Food is affordable.

1. The assigned room was dirty, not properly maintained. You could feel the dust on the floor and inside the room because we kept on sneezing during our stay.2. There was no available convenience outlet inside the assigned room.3. Road access4. Wifi was bad.

I like the bed because it is so comfortable.

The bathroom is not that clean. The room is kinda bit old and the furnitures as well.

Because of the ongoing construction of GenSan underpass, the location of the hotel is difficult to find.
