The breakfast was good. There was a big array of food, even though we came late. The view was amazing.

The room smelled bad, like rotten water. The bed board we very dirty. The Spa also smelled bad. The restaurant was nice, but not too clean, the floor had food and crumbs all over.

Where the heck is my invoice? The clerk at the counter said he can’t print the invoice because I booked it online, and then Booking.com told me they had passed my request to the hotel, the hotel will give it to me, and I waited almost a week and got no reply at all, what’s wrong with you all????????

The room was big and comfortable. All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful, they really made my stay special. I was invited to the Chinese New Year party and included in the festivities. The WiFi in the room was strong. There are local restaurants close by and the food in the hotel is good too.

I didn't like the coffee either (sorry!) and the seats on the cross-trainer and exercise bike in the gym need replacing.

I didn't stay, somebody stole my account and managed to book this.

They didn't want to cancel the booking, didn't even respond.

The staff were very nice. Pupud at check-in spoke perfect English. Breakfast buffet very good.

Room a bit small, but still good value for money. Hotel close proximity to the airport.

Breakfast quite Ok, coffee was not good , no fresh coffee , cappucino .

Too far from city center, surrounding was too dark , room was too dark , TV unit not good , wasstafell at room jam .

one nite stay over maximum.

super dark. not enough lightings in room, lobby, hallway. bed sheets in serious need to be renewed
