Room smelled like it used to allow smoking

Clean room and easy check in with on site parking

Restaurant was not open, this was why I booked. I also booked for 3 people and paid for breakfast, however staff argued that I only paid for 2 breakfast despite my reservation from booking showing 3 and my cost showing 3 they chased me in my car and made me pay extra. They also tried to charge me for water bottles I bought from my previous hotel. I would not stay there again. They scam tourists.

Breakfast spread was too little …

Decent location, within walking distance to a Lotus mall and 7-11. The room was spacious and quite comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Cleanliness could be improved, there were stains on the sheets and some of the towels, and stuff from previous stays left behind the couch cushions. Also the staff, whilst polite and nice, doesn’t speak much English.

We had to book in last minute as we missed the last ferry to Koh Samui. Lovely clean hotel. Very spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend!

Convenient location, but a bit outside of the city. Spacious room. Breakfast was ok. We were the just for one night, so no high expectations ;)

Room smelled with cigarettes. Walls are thin so you can almost hear every word when you neighbors talk. The rooftop they you can see on the hotel photos probably doesn’t exist, at least that’s what the staff at the reception told me.

Staff as always make excuses to keep your deposit then make up lies about towels being to dirty to wash lies

It was great value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean.

My husband bought breakfast vouchers, before he realised that it was very much only Asian breakfast. When we tried to return them, 5 minutes later, they said it wasn't possible. Which we found a little ridiculous.You could hear the elevator sound through the walls. It wasn't very loud, but if you have trouble falling asleep, you might want to request a room far away from the elevators. The location wasn't amazing. We chose it, because it was rather close to an indoor playground. Though there is a mall a few minutes walk from it, which was good to know.

Great hotel for a stopover. Large rooms and nice beds

It is close to a industrial area so not much to do. You could also hear the elevator bell go all night

Spacious room and super comfy king-size bed.The door lock didn't work on day 2. They were quick in resolving the problem without having to change the room.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It has everything you need!

In my opinion, the breakfast was a bit lacklustre. When I returned for a second stay later in the month, I didn't bother paying for breakfast, as I didn't feel it was worth the extra cost the first time.

Without a doubt this property is a “hidden gem” and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.Centrally located in Surat Thani.The hotel is beautiful and clean.The rooms are spacious and comfortable.Your breakfast will not disappoint you and more than you could eat.Above all,every staff member has a “can do” attitude and nothing requested is a problem.Definitely a property to return to many times!

Friendly helpful staff

Room stiffling hot. Had to sleep with the lights on to have air conditioning running. Not provided WiFi code. Sadly cannot recommend this hotel.

Shower water could have been hotter and more English channels on TV.

Amazing staff and very big room at affordable prices . Can't complain about anything. Really pleased with this hotel
