Location is perfect, and the staffs are ultra helpful

Dinner last order is at 7pm (this makes us very disappointed, because no one informed us and we came to get dinner at 7:30pm and they have already close order). No hot water at 10am-11am. We booked for 4 adults + 1 child, but only got 4 breakfasts. Restaurant many flys (so gross). Cats always around disturb our breakfast. There is construction beside our tent the noise until 12am.

People were kind there. Food was salty but good after swimming.

Towels and bedsheets are pretty stained. I could tell it was washed but didn’t feel like hygienic so we laid towels on bed to sleep on… people here don’t know why hotel towels are always white…

The island is very calm and perfect to avoid big crowds of tourists with super smiley and friendly locals. The resort is peaceful and right at the edge of the island with the staff organizing day activities to see the sandbars in the middle of the sea and suggesting snorkeling also for beginners with free masks to use.The food at their restaurant is delicious and the sunset is indescribably good.We had a pleasant experience.

Could add an extra sheet for the duvet cover on the bed.

There are so many mosquitoes outside the tent so we can't open the tent to avoid them coming inside.

On our second day at the resort, we (as did everyone who stays there) paid for the overpriced snorkeling trip that the resort organizes. The trip was fun. The boat took us to cleaner water where we could swim, and despite the dead coral, we could see a lot of fish.

We really didn't enjoy our first day. We stayed at the resort - the sea and beach were too dirty and so we just sat at the resort (there are only four comfortable beanbags for the whole resort) and then went for a walk in the village. The roomwas ok clean and the bed comfortable enough. Our group had one tent and one bungalow. We felt that the tents were slightly cleaner. It's really not worth the time to get there or the money spent. The sea and beach are so full of rubbish that you cannot swim or sit on the beach. The boat ride there took over an hour and a half and was very hot and uncomfortable. Add to that the 90 minutes waiting time to leave (the boat left late) we would have been better off flying to a nice island elsewhere in Indonesia.

The hotel has a good location. Only a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal. The direct access to the water is also great. It is at the end of a street and is therefore quiet.

The staff were not motivated to welcome us. The bed linen was stained, the beach was full of rubbish so it was not possible for the children to play there. It seems as if the hotel only caters for guests at the weekend. On Friday afternoon the garden.... was cleaned and everything was tidied up nicely. When we arrived the beanbags were dirty and there was a rolled up carpet on the veranda.... not very inviting.

The Staff were excellent. The wooden jetty is nice to hang out on. The menu was limited but tasty.

The room needs to be sealed. I got badly bitten by red ants while sleeping and needed urgent medical attention when back on the mainland. I had to ask for a cover for the duvet. They didn't have one, but supplied one that was freshly cleaned. I asked for a separate sheet and all they had to offer was a fitted sheet.The cats and the flies made eating in the restaurant extremely uncomfortable.

The resort is small, but cozy. It is quite basic, but wonderful for a few days relaxing (no tv ??). The only bad thing was the amount of mosquitoes in the room. But I loved it overall.

The seribu team are absolutely amazing and can help with anything you need. Fantastic location for a quick getaway, lots of room for the whole family, budget friendly, in a beautiful island with great local food and drinks. Snorkling at the front of the resort was awesome and easy. Restaurant was also good. Great view with everything in walking distance. Jetty and small marina at front of resort is clean, great for watching the sunset. Thank you and we look forward to staying here again.

Exactly what we expected. The pictures are true to reality. Nice little resort. I wish there was better beach nearby but it’s not really the property issue. Scuba diving available at the property for more than reasonable prices and our instructors Rina and Lili (probably butchered the names, sorry) were absolutely fantastic! It was our first time scuba diving and we were very impressed and felt very safe with them. The restaurant at the property has very nice fresh food. The only suggestion is to have bigger mugs for tea and coffee :)

It was low season so few other guests. So there were no staff in the restaurant until we found them round the back, no menu and the restaurant shut at 7pm without any warning. The food was average but very friendly staffNobody spoke English which made communication challenging and might explain why messages were not replied to on the app

Love the location. You can find coral and colourful fish just very near from the beach. The location is also very quite, we loved it. The reception was very nice and very helpfull.

We booked all the Tent, and it seems, the one that closest to the beach very much deserves an upgrade. After the second day, we got used to the humid smell from the room. They have very good system to order food from a QR code. Unfortunetly, the girls in charged were busy playing with their phones, they just noticed they have my reservation not until i came to checked because it took too long. (the computer/machine is just in front of em). The signature ice coffee were very weak to be called signature coffee. It was just bland. Very Unfortunate.
