the pool was totally fresI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Vega Serpong, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service.The pool was one of the highlights of my stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a relaxing ambiance. Whether you’re looking for a refreshing swim or a spot to unwind, the pool area is ideal.The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day. The linens were fresh and of high quality, making the overall experience cozy and inviting.Breakfast at the hotel was another standout feature. The variety of dishes offered catered to every palate, from traditional Indonesian delicacies to international favorites. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in a welcoming dining area with attentive staff who made sure everything was perfect.

The breakfadt was ok

Did not like i wanted to book breakfast for 2 days i was told i will have to pay on the day in the breakfast room,but i book a room for my daughter with breakfast that was ok,but not for me to book brekfast .the shower in the room was too close to the wall could not shower in comfort

Great location and value for money.

Perhaps, the volume corridor music could be lowered as I hear the music quite early. It disturbs my sleep.

Clean and comfortable bed

Need to install toilets shelves for putting personal toiletries during showering.

We liked the breakfast and the swimming pool. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and the AC was working well. Good value for money!

The restaurant closes at 22:00. There is no 24/7 roomservice, hence if you still want to eat something you have to go outside.

Ambience

Was assigned Room 916. Mini fridge not working. Telephone wire can't secure to the phone set. No hot water in the shower. Toilet seat cracked. Electric tea pot faulty - switch faulty . Basic toiletries stick as comb or shaving kit provided.

For 3 star property, amenities were good. I had all I need in the room.

Lots of area need maintenance,But main thing for me, they need to change the towels! They were worn out and had already grey brownies colour instead of white.

Kids Loved the Water Park. Location was close to Mall ( 5 min Taxi ) Well Priced & Staff very Friendly

No Western Breakfast Variety 1 out of 5 rooms booked had only limited hot water Air con was just OK Water Slides are dated , the large water slide was even closed for use. NO SPA / MASSAGE ROOM - MASSAGE LADYS OFFERING ++MASSAGE FOR IN ROOM MASSAGE Bar not really set up for alcohol sales

Make sure the fridge works when you arrive. They keep them unplugged to be “environment friendly”. Realizing the fridge is not working after 24 hrs is not environment friendly

Facility NEEDS refurbishing and minor renovations.

The staff were very helpful and quick to respond to my requests, like opening the balcony door.As I had to walk around quite a bit to sort out my credit card issue, they even pre-cooled my room by turning on the air-conditioner down low.The free parking was also great.

the balcony is small n dirty . the aircon compresses shouldn’t be facing the balcony . the aircon was leaking the whole night .

the housekeepings are very helpful, and also the front line. they help me with giving extra blanket and also replace the empty soap in the bathroom in short notice. i appreciate for the service given.

the phone is totally damaged, so i need to go down to the front line to ask replacement of soap (liquid soap was almost empty when I came in). the worst part is the restaurant, the staff is not helpful. one of them is pretending not to see when I raise my hand for help. the other one is not helpful when I ask for plastic bag and she keeps doing and ignore me. thats awful

the cleanliness make up for the small room. i’m happy that all the towels and bed lines are always clean and smell great. access to Netflix was greatly appreciated.

they only gave 1 room key which is inconvenience.

price okay and not bad and location also not bad - the receptionist also very nice and friendly as well as very helpful surrounding location got supermarket - high end area and mostly livin' by chinese indonesian

1. breakfast was terrible - why very basic and simple breakfast - on my 2nd day stayed the omelet also gone at 9.00 am2. the price for lunch time also insane very expensive - please do not dine in their restaurant - very expensive
