Pros +
- The location is in the city center. Close by to government complex and traditional market. Staffs are helpful and friendly.
- location... near sudirman street, main road i pekanbaru.. where a lot of street food at night...
- The room comes with standard facilities. Surprised with the one channel offered on TV that offers award winning movies. The staff was quite responsive though a bit too rigid, especially the housekeeping.
Cons -
- Rooms are not maintained. Bedsheets are stained everywhere.
- internet is good but during my stay, it has a problem
- The room looked clean but the floor was very sticky, all of the walking area, apparently not completely cleansed & whatever caused the stickiness. The rate didn't include breakfast, which is disappointing. Upon checking at other hotels in the vicinity with lower rates do provide breakfast, so overall, at that rate, that kind of cramped room and unclean floor, it was not worth it.
