Hotel O Koala House

Bad

All the stuff is broken. But we accept the term conditions because the priceless . They accuse us damaging the property that it came from the first time we arrive

All the staff from cleaning guys to particularly the man named Hendi. Even though he's a cook but he always helped me in many different ways like arranging transport, translating & making delicious foods based on my requests etc. The location is also excellent central & close to malls, markets and restaurants.

Black walls in all rooms which is very depressing, not hot water in showers & all rooms being smoking. Bathroom ceilings leaking or molds, unreliable Wi-Fi in the rooms, overall poor maintenance as this hotels needs some repairs & refurbishments.

AC

They sold my room before arriving. I had sent them a message we would arrive after midnight. As we arrived with 3 little children they has sold the family room.We had to ask for 4 separate room instead but the staff started a long discussion while children were very tired and crying. After more than 30 minutes they gave us the keys.

So uncomfortable

Dirty, bed sheet full of cigarettes burn,

First of all friendly and nice staff. Good location and lots of bars with food and shops. The facility is neat and clean. Drinking water dispenser. Clean towels. There is soap, shampoo and toothbrushes.

Confortable room A/c ok

Wifi very slow, and not working in the room. Not really easy-going, and check-in very long. The toilet was way to close to tge wall/door, impossible to seat properly. Not sure the sheet's bed was really clean, I had to ask for towel.
