- Excellent location. The staffs are friendly, kind and nice. The service is great.
Cons -
- The room had issues with the room phone, TV not working. Breakfast was good but service was not great.
- When I checked in, I was given a room on the 5th floor which didn't meet the standards of 5 star hotel, looked like a 3-star. The next day, I complained to the manager, and he moved me to a nicer room on the 8th floor. He was very helpful.

When I checked in, I was given a room on the 5th floor which didn't meet the standards of 5 star hotel, looked like a 3-star. The next day, I complained to the manager, and he moved me to a nicer room on the 8th floor. He was very helpful.
