Room contains 4 beds, A/C was working so well, the hot water was available all the time.

Bed sheets and pillow covers was dirty

Beachfront location. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Cut short our stay to just 1 night. Paid RM500 to charter a private boat back to mainland the next day.1. Toilet was dirty, toilet bowl didn't look like it's been cleaned for years (it's really black). Sewage smell coming out of drainage. Water smelled of gasoline.2. Even though there's 4 beds, room size was small for a family size of 4 adults, 1 child. 3. Breakfast was just fair. 4. No other facilities except swimming at the beach and go on snorkeling trip.5. Noisy: Next door properties running karaoke late into past midnight.6. Overpriced: Paid more than RM1.1K for 2 nights stay. Overall, this property is not suitable for family stay, perhaps more suited for dive group using as B&B only.

Actual photo or condition in the property is totally different from website(booking.com). Not well maintained property. Got bugs in bed. One of my kids got swollen hand the next day.Why the breakfast charges (RM 50++) is compulsory for everyone ?They are not serving buffet. Only ALA carte meal which cost less than RM 15. (Photo as below). Booking.com must take responsibility on this over charges and condition of property.

beach is super close, just a few steps away! The 3 guys working there are amazing, super kind and try to make your stay the best. The location is breath taking!!

Older facility, breakfast was a lot, but not great quality. However, being so close to the beach and such hospitality of the people there makes up for a lot.

A terrible mistake to book here

The entire property lacks of maintainance, common areas are a disaster, the rooms are old barracks that stink like toilet, with no lighting.The staff is not supportive and they have no idea of how to deal with travelers.

Very bad experience!!!

The smell in and outside of the room was unbearable. There were two toilets sewage drains next to our room. And also water running from the kitchen. The sewage system ran over ground and under our room. We couldn’t stay there for a minute as the smell made us feel sick. The room as small gaps in the floor just above the wastewater. This was just a bad experience. And the people working there were extremely rude!!! They told us we had to stay there with no refund:(

The location is on the beach.The view from the restaurant area is spectacular. The only positive aspects of the room are that the shower pressure was good & there was hot water. And that the bed was decently comfortable. I would mention the air-conditioning but it didn't efficiently cool during the day time when it was extremely hot outside, it only worked well at night.

The room chalets are very badly maintained, and the state of the furniture is in bad condition. The floor has holes in them, which insects easily use to enter. The toilet is absolutely horrendous, it was not only small & ugly but dirty and had insects. There was absolutely no cleaning room service at all during our stay, eventhough we requested for our rooms to be cleaned as it gets easily dirty from the sand, they only came once at 8pm wanting to clean the room.The breakfast was very disappointing. It alternated between 2 dishes, one day they served nasi lemak( a malaysian dish) & the next day it was an English breakfast using very low quality ingredients.We once had lunch and the chicken they served was not chicken at all. Please avoid eating here at all cost.

The location was perfect, it is on the long beach. it has everything close such as restaurant and other excursion points. and it is the most walkable and alive part of the island

the structure lack of excursion, bars, service was absent, it is called resort but it looks more like a camping. it does not provide you any sort of cash credit or ATM, so if you finish the money you need go to other resort, and the food is questionable

Very dirty toilets. Not updated. Horrible food. BBQ was horrible for the price paid. Was promised Tiger prawns, fish, mussels, clam and vegetables with fried rice. But prawns were so small and there were no fish. Clam and mussel full of sand!!! After paying so much, we had to get food some other shop. Don’t cheat people like this!!! Breakfast is also bad. Horrible food. A beautiful place but you’ll seriously need to update the bathrooms and shower. Change your Chef and introduce better quality food.

Need to improve maintenance of the washrooms which was leaking a bit.

The breakfast is included and was good enough and allow to refill, while the lunch and dinner were excluded. There are several bed provided (1 queen bed, 3 single beds) even you come with 2 persons

Environment was good, but there are renovation beside my chalet I stay, so the wood, equipment just put in front of my chaletThe services NOT included the transport from jetty to resort, and NOT provide any swimming equipment

Rats, rats, rats! Do not go there! We had rats in our room, the owner doesn`t do anything about it.

Rats, rats, rats! Do not go there! We had rats in our room. The owner and the staff are well aware of the problem, but did not do anything about the rats. We woke up in the middle of the night and had rats on the night table next to the bed. The rats also made a nest in the spare bed in the room, everything was full of ratholes and feces. We did not even get a room cleaning for the entire 6 days that we stayed there, even though we asked daily for it. The owner and the staff really do not care about guests and are unfriendly. The location and the sea are beautiful, but staying at this accommondation was horrible.

The location is very good.. it is on the beach.

The staff is super super rude. He manager is arrogant and always shouting. The worst experience. The facilities were bad. The bathroom were very unhygienic and dirty. The food is not good… and the manager is not cooperative at all. He keeps asking money for each and everything and keep shouting, doesnt have manners to talk.

Our toilets was filthy smelly and both our accommodations are above clogged drains that makes the smell more worst. No chairs provided in each room which we had to ask. Resort operator should invest to at least keep the accommodations clean without any sticky smells.

Location was awesome. Staff were nice.

Try to charge us twice for Tourist fee.The bathroom was in need of repair, cracked cistern, leaking and smelt.Gaps in flooring.

The location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Relatively small resort, which I liked in comparison to the other crowded resorts.

Airconditioner was faulty, bathroom was not good. Shower, toilet and faucet were all leaking. The shower was hung above the toilet, so in order to shower the entire bathroom was soaked. Room did not get cleaned during the stay, and the trash of the former residents was still in the room when we arrived.
