Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was also clean. price paid for the room was justified for the overnight stay. Staffs were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Breakfast was not worth the money, mushroom soup was thick and powdery, everything was cold, nothing commendable about the breakfast spread, in fact ended up having an upset stomach after the cold breakfast. Definitely not recommended to have their breakfast in the future.

check in was smooth and quick. for room wise, the bed is very comfortable, there were toiletries provided too. room is clean and tidy. the aircon was really strong as well.

Stayed at this hotel recently and it was a pleasant surprise! The view from the room was great, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Parking was convenient and secure, which made check-in and check-out easy. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch — the room was spotless and well-maintained. Best of all, the location is tucked away from the busy city center traffic, so it's quiet and relaxing, yet still accessible. Definitely a great stay for those who want comfort and calm!

Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, which affected sleep quality slightly. The towels provided were also on the smaller side, and it would be nice to have larger ones for added comfort. One noticeable downside was the lack of a normal bidet — a simple bidet hose would’ve made a big difference. Aside from these, the rest of the stay was pleasant.

I can get a better hotel at the same rate.

Breakfast choice is bad. Lobby is full of mosqitoes. Towel is smelly. Toilet paper is too thin to be used. Toilet cover keep failing down. The bathroom door cannot be easily locked. The shower area is slippery.

The word "hot spring resort" is misleading, you shoukd have allowed kids to enter the hotspring as well as place for family areas, not only for ladies and men. Then your usage of KSL Hotspring Spa and Resort would truly capture the essence of the promotion.

Far from any mall or amenities. Breakfast is basic. Hot spring is not real - just a small little pool with warm water.

Room was nice and clean, it was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. It was in a nice location, tucked away between Mount Austin area and Midvalley so it was easy to travel between both.

This may be a one-off problem but our room door had issues where it couldn't scan the card. We had to go to the reception to get it changed and when we went back, it took a while to scan, buffered for about a minute before we could tap it and go into the room. This happened constantly every time. The breakfast spread was okay but hygiene could have been better-maintained as there were ants visibly around especially on the pots.

Hotel is nice, clean, quiet. The room was comfortable, big and as it is as per listing.

The breakfast could be better. Although it was outdoor, but the food choices were limited as compared to KSL Hotel.

Instead, they will direct you to contact Booking.com, but both parties tend to acknowledge the request without providing a resolution. This may cause unnecessary delays and complications in your reimbursement process.
