The availability of room with attached bathroom is the main advantage.

Plumbing was not working. Couldn't take shower due to defective plumbing. Bidet tap was not working. TV remotes were faulty too. Always double check their rooms before entering to stay.

Room was not well kept nor maintained.

No slipper provided.WiFi unable to connect.Pillow was really hard.

staffs are friendly, the room is acceptable depending on the price, a Thai restaurant nearby.

Everything except the poor SaRaWaK lady,she's alone during my check in,she need to do a lot of her stuff due to lack of staff,need to wait 40mins for her to come back at the front counter

The room was very nice, clean and large. It had everything you need (water, kettle, coffee, cups, shower gel/shampoo, towels). The bathroom was a bit small, but that wasn't a problem. The bed was also super comfortable and big. What I liked best was the staff. The ladies were so nice and friendly. They were very helpful, patient and we had nice small talk.

There were problems with the internet, why I had to change rooms three times (I urgently need internet to work). But the problem was solved by the lovely ladies.

Walking distance from CIQ about 1km.

Enter the facilities about 3 pm the room still not ready. Toilet have mold. Receptionist always not available

The hotel failed to provide WiFi as promised. The WiFi range was limited to the ground floor, making it inaccessible in other areas. This was highly inconvenient, especially for tourists who rely on a stable internet connection. Disappointed with this aspect of the stay.

The beds were great. Nice and firm.

I wish the water got a bit hotter. But it have been user error.

I like the location because it's near to the wood landcheck point.

The other customers made noise but the staff didnt make any effort to stop them.

The location was decent and free drinking water was great.

The bathroom was full of mould and the whole stunk of it so we had to buy an air freshener. The pillow had a stain on it. The shower was cold and right over the toilet which wasn’t ideal.

Staff was very nice and helpful! Even called me to remind me to pay my parking because the MBJB officer is patrolling.There is a Coway water dispenser which is nice.

Simple room, good for 1 night, relatively clean, bedsheets seemed clean but not super white either, but good for 1 night

We stayed 1 night after coming from Singapore, on our way to KL. It did the job. However, it wasn't super convenient to get to. The sheets were clean, and they provided 2 bottles of water & coffee.

The staff who checked us in would not call a taxi for us, we did end up using grab but he was not very helpful. The room wasn't very clean. Not many food options nearby.

The room was ok, comfortable for a short stay but they dont provide mirror (except the one in the toilet) so a bit hassle for me as a woman to get do my makeup hehe. The location is very near to CIQ, only around 5 min so if youre going to SG this is very convenient. There are few halal restaurant in the same shoplot as this hotel too.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my stay a wonderful one. It's at a midway point between the main downtown shopping area and KSL Mall.

There are not many eating options within close proximity to the hotel. If I wanted to go anywhere, I had to either walk downtown or get an Uber to KSL. This was my first time in JB, there wasn't a lot to do or see, which is not the hotel's fault. There were lots of very wealthy Singaporean everywhere driving very flashy cars.
