The staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. I also appreciate that the hotel provides private parking via a car lift, with two bays available for EV cars. I love everything about this hotel. Super clean, spacious room, clean bathroom. Refillable water bottles. Tv with Netflix ?Less than 10.mins walk to city center. Many eateries around. Heritage temple too.
Nothing to dislike. Everything was good.
First hotel i'm using car lift to reach parking level. Need access card for passage lift to enter room level as well main entrance. Water heater and pressure in good condition. Room lighting not too dimmed. Plenty of food stall nearby and just need to walk around. Good hotel choice for short vacation.
Room signage need to change, using light shadow might confusing and allow people enter wrong room.
The location was convenient and near to the heritage street for breakfast and meals. The carpark was secure and could only be accessed by the carpark lift.
The room we booked and especially the toilets has a really strong cigarette smell. There was no effort to air or freshen up the room (and we checked in at 11.30pm!!!). For the price we paid I think the room could have been in a better condition. Bathroom and room were so-so.

Love the location. Close to everything - CIQ &JB Sentral, JBCC & Komtar, nearby to great makan places. We were not thinking of shopping but my luggage multiplied from 2 to 3 to 4.Being on the top floor we had the view of the Straits of Johor and the surrounding areas and were pleasant enough for us to just sit and watch while sipping coffee.The room is clean and had all the amenities. The bed is so comfortable that we slept like a log.The big fluffy towels and bedroom slippers gave it an extra star.The staff are friendly and professional and always ready to answer any questions.
I just need to highlight my bathroom sink is a bit clogged so it drains slowly. Otherwise everything else is good.And the safe is locked so I couldn't use it.
