Cleanliness

Bedroom slippers are not the disposable type. Reused and with toe prints on them - unhygenic. The shower wash and shampoo are in super small bottles. Cannot even wash half a body. Only good for baby to use. No conditioner.

The staff treat me very well and respectful. I was checking in late evening and notified the reception counter prior to my check in.

The wall of the room not sound proofThe guest next door was making noises at around 3.30am till 5am. I believed they were group of them and occupied few rooms . They started make noise, talking too loud since then, slamming the door. I bare to sleep. I didn't call for complaint due to afraid of my privacy and safety.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location. That the only great thing going for this place. There was a MacDonald's right across the hotel. There was also a mini mart & a couple of pharmacies near by which helped as I needed some medication. Aeon was nearby in a walkable distance (10mins maybe?). The room was clean but there were other faults.

The Aircon wasn't as strong as we'd expected. Even at 16°C we couldn't feel much. It didn't help that we were only given one key card; so everything would shut off when we go out. We'd come back & have to wait for the Aircon to cool the room down. We couldn't adjust anything more than that to make it colder (while waiting to check in, there was a family in front of us saying that their Aircon & fridge weren't working properly). Our fridge was also affected (we couldn't keep anything cool). The toilet was ok but the bidet pressure was very low. It was ridiculous. We learned very quickly that you could do a #2 & flush toilet paper down at the same time. The shower was warm-ish & that was about it; no matter how you turned the tap, there was a standard temperature. The bath gel & shampoo bottles were very small. Gone in a day & a half. There was no soap bar either. The room is adequate if you're going to be out for most of your stay. However, sleeping was uncomfortable as the room would take a long while to get comfortably cool. The counter staff were polite & diplomatic. Wouldn't say they were friendly. But they were courteous. The curtains had holes as well by the way.

air con wasn't cold. Even we set it at the lowest of 18 degree; it didn't improved. At best we didn't need to use the blanket at all.

Overall is nice. Love staying there cus it has cozy bed and nice view ? Just One comment! down below.

I want to mentioned abt the toilet bowl last time when we just check in hotel. but the toillet bowl not clean, Lime somebody just used it before we entered or maybe the house keeping did not clean it.

when we arrived, the floor still wet due to cleaning. the smell of cigarette too strong ! made us feeling dizzy and we need to spray perfume to get rid of the smelling ?

Staff are friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. There are many eateries and shops surrounding the hotel.

Hotel may set up a drink corner at hotel lobby, next to sofa seating area, to provide some coffee or tea for guest during checking hours.

The room was good size,the bed was big,the location was awesome,nearby to food,watson,gym..

The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job in keeping the room speck and clean..however they didnt restock the towels that they remove from the room.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Toilet looks newly renovated and so spacious. You can easily find mini market and foods nearby, a lot of choices.

Thin walls between rooms. We can hear people’s walking outside and every time they closed their doors.

Hotel was just walking distance away from eateries and Aeon

The Air-conditioned unit was not cold even after lowering the temperature

Sorry to say, but for room price of 220rm you can expect that the bathroom is not smelling like a sh..hole. Even the furniture in the room not really clean . As I said, clean less bad, location very good. I stayed several times in this hotel.
