The location was perfect. The accommodation had a lot of space... very comfortable.

The room was not ready even though we were there after check-in time. We had to wait for over half an hour, and that was not comfortable. The upstairs restaurant could use a makeover as well. It had a great view, however, it felt old, and chairs did not match.

Location, comfort and breakfast.

The apartment-style concept was very comfortable for a family of four. The layout was spacious, convenient, and felt homely. The location was also quite central and accessible.

The water pressure was very low in both bathrooms. The room was quite dusty upon arrival — though housekeeping vacuumed the curtains and cleaned on the second day, they didn’t wash the cups or clear the bins. The lifts were extremely slow, and with rooms on higher floors, it became inconvenient since there’s no staff to assist with luggage. Breakfast was very basic (though the nasi lemak was delicious). The egg station chef seemed unhappy to take special requests, and only one EV charging port was working — a slow AC type.

The apartment is spacious.With some minor renovations, the building could be significantly improved.

The air conditioner in one room is not cooling properly.The bathroom tiles have black stains along the joints.A section of the ceiling and wall shows signs of humidity, with the paint peeling off.

-Good location, right next to two big shopping centers.-Walkable to Johor Bahru checkpoint through overpasses with elevators.-About 7km from the Larkin Central station, where you can find all the long distance buses going to Kuala Lumpur, Malacca etc...-One bedroom apartment is quite spacious and comfortable.

-Property is quite rundown, the balcony is very dirty.-Kichen has the minimum, one cooking pan, one pot and utensils are only for two people etc... it could be better considering the size of the kitchen.-Elevator is slow.

Came for 1 night stay during fasting month.. Chose this hotel as it has a microwave oven and big standing fridge convenient to warm up food and keep frozen items. Check in and out also fast and staffs are nice as well.

Floors too high. And sitting area at reception too small at rush hours no space to sit down.

The apartment could of been cleaner, clearly need more attention to detail and improved management on the cleaning side.Beware, some of the units to the front are badly affected by 24hr construction going on, even though we were on the 31st floor the noise still kept my colleague awake however, the next night they need relocated him to a quieter room to the rear of the building,

Very friendly staff & doorman. Location is fantastic, walking distance to malls & a 24 hour restaurant call Lepak Corner opposite the hotel. Kudos to Shama Suasana. I'm there every month at least.

Nothing I don't like.

I love the location. Close to eating places and shops.

The maintenance of the apartment. We checked in the apartment and there were massive water leakage from the ceiling. Dripping all over the floor, carpet and sofa. And took them a while to change us to another unit. And when we finally moved to another unit, the airconditioning was not working in the room. Even after the maintenance guy had fixed it..it was still not working. We had to sleep in a warm room.

Friendly staffs and very clean & spacious rooms! Check out time is 12pm, which is pretty rare to find in other hotels.

Basic and comfortable. Superb location, walking distance to city centre and CIQ.

Apartment was spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Soundproofing could be better; we could hear furniture dragging from next door and people talking from corridor. Thumping noise from above lasted til late night.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. It was amazing. Lots of space, amazing view, and comfortable accommodations. The pool was filled with kids but super cute. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast but the cafe looked nice. It was very convenient to find our hotel from the border crossing.

Spacious and clean accommodation, with easy access to 7-11 and other eateries at Zenith Mall and City Square. Just a 6-8 minute stroll from CIQ. The reception staff were also friendly.

Pillows were soft.

Minimalistic design, good location, cosy and spacious. Accessible to eateries and malls.
