I get 111 room very small n washroom sink water stuck n water from paip was very small want wash hand also use ? ??♀️. I ask for change room that front desk Indian guy said can't change because you book ...... that room people already taken n more cheaper that you book. Even cheaper than mine half price n can get that big room. Not this only booking.com saw n booking not same this is my 2nd time experience. Really don't want book ARTZ HOTEL room . Check out also cleaner do not a proper service ??? check out I call that number at table n ask cleaner to do check out waiting for almost 2 hours there.

Overall it was okay since I am staying for a week there, housekeeping was good and thanks for keeping the overall cleanliness of the room. At least basic essential stuffs are provided.
Not sure why at first I'll need to update my room card access almost everyday for the first 3 days. I guess this is something going to do with their system. Since I have booked for a week, reception should have updated card access to be scan-able for the whole period when I am staying there but not requesting us to update every day. This is not so convenient for the customer though.
